We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel and had a very good experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, but what we enjoyed most were the facilities. It has beautiful gardens where you can relax and the outdoor pool was a salvation given the heat during the days we were in Fergana. They also have an indoor pool if you are traveling in cold weather and a gym to work out. The staff was very friendly and treated us really well, always with a smile and willing to help. The breakfast is varied and there are different options daily. We also stayed for lunch one day and dinner other day, since they have many different options, even vegetarian ones, something that is not easy to find in other restaurants. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is in the heart of Fergana, you can walk to different places, such as restaurants or stores. I recommend it 100% and I will come back to this hotel when I return to Fergana.

The Hotel Asia, Fergana, is a slightly quirky hotel in that it is spread over several buildings, joined by a shared garden area. But the rooms are spotless, large,quiet, and with all the amenities, even though they look somewhat like a Bavarian hunting lodge. Dark furniture and busy wallpaper. But the staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. The mattress was, well, hard, but it didn't mar the experience. No complaints.

Today I came from work and opened my laptop to do some work, as usual opened the history of the browser and saw how some actions were taken while I was absent. So the unknown person, entered my room, (the room was not even cleaned), spent about 2 hours and used my computer. Now the most important question appears!!! Who was that person - housekeeper? guard? Went to reception desk to clarify the situation but they do not know how to use the cameras. Dear Guests of Asia Hotel - Please be attentive and do not leave any of your belongings inside the room, especially your laprtops or devices. Managers and Administration of the Hotel, please be more attentive to the work of your staff. From upset and angry guest. (Fergana Asia Hotel).

I was travelling with a group and we were placed in the newer building. The room decor was older with a bit of charm. The bed mattresses were very firm. Fridge and kettle in the room, tv and a/c. Windows could open. 2 flights of stairs were ok. No elevator. Often ate outdoors in a nice terrace. Friendly staff. Wifi was intermittent.

Location is not good for the town centre but has some parkland near, across a very busy road. We were at the side and enjoyed a noise free stay but with slightly compromised privacy on the ground floor. Food was good to very good and the restaurant was located in the garden area ensuring noise and food smells were not a problem in the main hotel area. As an overnight stay with some free time we were happy. The very limited original attractions of the so called Fergana valley,getting there by train and back by road were the highlights, meant we would not do 2 nights in this area We did visit some interesting places, but not unique, but our tour company charged a lot for this journey and two night stay with one night in Andijan, approx £700 per head. As an considerable additional cost only our top quality guide made up for our disappointment with Fergana Valley as a whole. One night here at the right tour price would be good.

We had 2 nights here and this was the third Asia chain hotel we'd stayed in and in my opinion it was the worst of the three. It's set on a main road but my room was in a block at the rear of the hotel and my room overlooked the washing. It was just down the corridor from reception and each morning at 5.30 the reception telephone rang and woke me up so I didn't need an alarm. In my room there were 2 regular single beds with duvet covers and I put 2 covers (one from the other bed) on me to keep me warm. The bed was not comfortable even though there seemed to be some sort of padding over the mattress. The bathroom had few toiletries and if I didn't use a toiletry it was removed next morning (was that to make sure I didn't take it away?) The towels were so thin and of varying shades of grey and again, the towel was not replaced when I left it in the bath after the first night. Our first night's meal was traditional Uzbek food but we had to sit at the 'bed table' as there were no spare proper tables as there had been a conference meeting and the delegates were having their last meal and presentations. The bed tables are not easy to sit/lay at and eat soup! The second night we had a proper table outside and it was much better. Not a lot of choice for breakfast but cold fried eggs did not impress. Fresh fruit was delicious and the boiled eggs and lovely bread sufficed. There are 2 pools, indoor and outdoor, the outdoor has a bar. There are lovely gardens between the buildings and the staff were pleasant, most speaking a bit of English. There is a small shop in the main reception area selling scarves and trinkets. Again, no kettle, cups etc.

we reserved this hotel because it was rated as 4 stars, but we realized soon on arrival that this are very tiny stars. they did not have rooms accessible for disabled on the main building, neither did they have an elevator there, so the sent us to the annex building. rooms poorly maintained, mattresses on beds were heavily damaged, we could find with the help of the staff suitable non damaged mattresses.... service poor, maintenance horrible, not recommended
