The best hotel to stay in Surabaya

Everything was amazing and so were the staff. My only comment is the room is a little small. Great toilet size though.

Wonderful location. Foyer led straight into the mall. Gym facilities and pool were nice and breakfast buffet was exceptional. Only downside no kids crèche (there was one for the connecting hotel but required fees).

출장으로 자카르타에서 4박 후, 수라바야로 이동하여 1박 일정이었는데 저녁 9시반 호텔에 도착하여 잠시 일하고 잠만 자야하는 시간 밖에 없어서 너무 안타까웠습니다. 작년에 똑같이 1박 일정으로 와봤었던 호텔이었는데 여태 출장을 다니며 숙박해 본 예산 10만원대 호텔 수십 곳 중에 조식이 최고 수준이라고 생각됩니다. 룸도 업그레이드 되어 다리를 쭉 뻗을 수 있는 욕조에서 무상 제공된 배쓰밤을 사용해 피로를 풀기 좋았습니다.

Randy from the front office assisted me in purchasing my train ticket to Bandung when my app was not working. His calm demeanor and friendly attitude were greatly appreciated, and I want to give kudos to the concierge team for their outstanding service. Additionally, the restaurant staff provided an amazing breakfast experience, remembering my usual order and preparing my latte without me having to ask. The level of personalized service was truly impressive. Overall, my stay at your hotel was wonderful. The staff's professionalism and attentiveness, along with the excellent facilities, made for a memorable experience. I will definitely choose your hotel again when I return to Surabaya, as I usually stay around Tunjungan Plaza. Thank you for maintaining such high standards. Kudos to the entire management and team.
