Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah

The most excellent service! From pre-arrival to the check out staff are very helpful and makes me feel welcomed. Pre-arrival - welcomed the day before to confirm arrival. Service is very fast throughout the stay. Pillow and bed are perfect for a deep sleep. And the upgrade is very much appreciated! Never regret choosing this as the place to stay in. Recommended my company to have a corporate rate here!

It was the best room that we have had in a long while. The room overlooked the pool and it was relaxing just to sit and watch the sunset. As it was a Junior Suite, there were two bathrooms and two closets. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed talking with them. Access to Pakuwon Mall and to The Westin Hotel made the visit enjoyable with shopping and dining options.

I wanted to write my review of my past stay with Four Points Pakuwon. This was not my first stay with them, but just like any of my past experiences, the stays have always been wonderful and exceeded my expectations. I stayed with them for 2 days with my family. From the beginning they have been very friendly and helpful. From Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B. Their staffs are showing the true definition of hospitality. I would like to highlight a few names, especially from their restaurant during breakfast time, the staffs have always made my days bright with their genuine smiles and hospitality. Thank you especially to Pak Ivan (F&B), Chef Bagus (F&B), Refa (F&B), Bimo (F&B) and apology if I get her name wrong as I couldn't remember clearly Chika (FO). The little breakfast surprise that they made for my son was a small but very sweet touch and made our son very happy. Definitely will come back again in the future as I always do. Thank you and well done!

When you had a long traveling itinerary and stay at your favorite hotel, felt fantastic when you were surrounded with good people and who understood your preferred items, it was me when I stayed at Four Point Surabaya Pakuwon. Fun and polite shown to Breakfast Team, leads by Mba Mia, Mas Dani ( I have known him from 2-4 visits), Mas Musa and Mas Fajar, thank you all The receptionist ladies seems still remember me from last visit and showing hospitality gesture politely... My apology I cannot recall their 2 names.

Perfect stay for family, the excellent service from the staff to the Nino Elephant for our children in the room, so big and cute, and also I'd like to give a credit to Chef Yudi, it was a tasteful and delicious traditional Surabaya food , thank you Chef

The bed is super comfortable with the pillows are really fluffly. The location is perfect for your stay. The staff is helpful and very kind. We have Emir in the restaurant and Anwar at receptionist who are helpful during the stay. We will back soon to four points pakuwon for next trip to Surabaya.

Our first time in Surabaya and the four points by Sheraton Pakuwon Mall did not disappoint. Beautifully designed room with floor to ceiling views, enormous comfy bed and bath, perfect for a romantic getaway. We enjoyed the lovely pool, great gym facilities and the location to Pakuwon Mall is fantastic for those who love shopping and eating delicious food. The rooftop bar Soirée was a delight at sunset, we ventured next door to the Westin to enjoy some live music and gin and tonic. Daily Breakfast was amazing with a huge range of local and international dishes, we especially enjoyed the entertainment during breakfast and chef’s recommendations. Professional staff from the moment we arrived until our departure. We met the manager of the hotel and he was professional, polite and courteous. Close to the airport. Highly recommend, we will be back.
