Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah

We stayed here for three nights during our recent visit in Surabaya. Great location with lots of restaurants and eateries located just next to the hotel. Staffs are also friendly and helpful. Our room rate came with free breakfast. The breakfast spread is great. Also free access to the swimming pool and gym. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Surabaya

We had a fantastic stay at Sheraton Four Points in Surabaya Pakuwon Indah. We truly appreciate the efforts and proactive engagement made by the friendly front desk Pak Farrell and Pak Yoga who made the easy and seamless transfer from our hotel in Bromo. We were also upgraded to a Junior Suite and had a wonderful breakfast that had such an incredible spread. We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to coming back again.

Highly recommended! Service was impeccable and the staff highly attentive! When the check in counter heard that we had just arrived from Bromo, he made sure our room had extra bottles of water and also gave us ice cream to cool us down. Breakfast was delicious as well!

Excellent service by Four Points Pakuwon -- from the additional touch by housekeeping team (Ahmad & his friend), and especially during breakfast team where their services are perfect, remembering exactly what I prefer for my 7 days stay there (kudos to Chef Bagus and team, Pak Dani, Ibu Umi), as well as the managers (Pak Akhmad). I also remember being helped by Tyo, Farrell, Pauline. All of them were giving perfect services.

An absolutely flawless experience! The welcome was so warm, and the receptionist had me checked in in record time. The room express service was incredibly fast and efficient. The highlight was enjoying a delicious mocktail at the rooftop Soree Resto. Being right next to the mall is a huge plus. I've found my new favorite hotel and will definitely be coming back!

Very memorable stay at Four Points Pakuwon, Surabaya I stayed 2 nights and the room was clean, foods were good and they staffs were polite excellent experience!

Super service oriented & they actually talk between departments unlike in other hotels even those 5 or beyond stars. . From recptionist to housekeeping to a super friendly staffs at the resto. You only need to request once to one department and not only they made it, they would remember it throughout your stays. Home in 1 second, thats what you will get here!

Nice location which connecting with the biggest shopping mall of Indonesia. Breakfast with so many delicious local food. Appreciate the hotel upgraded suit room for my 3nights business trip. Definitely will be coming again for future visit of Surabaya. Thanks for office duty managers and all hotel staff's hospitality and excellence service.

We booked two rooms for 3 nights stay from Tuesday to Friday (July). Upon arrival the staff were quick to handle or luggage and ushered us to the front desk. Hassle free registration and they even upgraded one room to a suite so that we could have an an adjoining room. From the 7th floor the view of the city and the swimming pool was great. The room was a reasonable size and amenities provided including an iron and ironing board. The rooms and corridor were reasonably quiet throughout the day however in evening till 10pm we could hear the 'music' from the bar or lounge on the 3rd floor. Breakfast spread was just fantastic. Your could just ask any staff and they would bring you the food and beverage to your table even special request. I prefer to walk around and select the food. Service staff speak English too. Service level is above par and special mention of the following who provided exceptional service: 1. Manager Miss Nia 2. Mr Dani 3. Miss Dinda 4. Chef Judi - who brought a bowl of soto soup cooked with salmon to try! 5. Mr Iwon 6. Mr Emir The hotel is adjoining the mall, which is huge with lots of food choices too. Overall my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back.
