Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah

The hotel that I've always stayed while in Surabaya. All the staff from pre arrival intil checkout are always attentive. The services always beyond the expectation, even of you compare to a luxury hotels. Chef Anto that always check on your food preferences during the breakfast also with the rest of the F&B team, Paulina from front office and the supervisor at the lobby that give me the upgrade upon arrival, sorry I forgot the name but he was so kind. I will definitely be back every year to experience such a beautiful stay during the business trip.

I followed my husband Mr Sia for his work in Surabaya. It's my first time here. Best hotel. Best service. Very welcoming especially the house keeping Nanda and Paksy. The chef Judi and Anto served me with special Korean dishes and beef respectively. Dani is the friendliest reception. All the staff were very friendly. In fact too many of them were too friendly.

Absolutely a kids friendly hotel. Our kids absolutely enjoyed their stay, having been greeted by the their giant elephant mascot NIO and the plushies on their bed. The staff in the hotel also made an effort to remember the kids names making it extra personal. The rooms are clean and spacious. The morning breakfast is absolutely a feast, satisfying our indon food cravings from indo mee station to soto ayam etc. highly recommend this hotel given it's excellent location linked to the shopping mall

I had a great time at Four Points Pakuwon Surabaya! The staff were super friendly and took great care of me during my 11 days stay. The food was insane, and the head chef, Anto, Soim, and Judi (I think?) went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It felt like home, especially with the delicious traditional food. Thanks for the hospitality, can't wait to come back!

Great hotel and has rapidly become my favorite place to stay in Surabaya. Clean and spacious room, great location and I can’t complement the staff enough. All the hotel team were helpful, friendly and made the stay all the more enjoyable. Can’t recommend enough!

This is the 2nd time staying at FourPoint Pakuwon. Once you enter the hotel lobby, you will feel welcomed and the smell of the lobby was nice! The room is clean! The bed is really comfortable. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and respectful. Their daily clean up room was Great! They even tidied up my cables. The best location for shopping and the choices of food was great!

We had a wonderful stay! The team texted us a day before to confirm our booking and consistently checked in to make sure we were well taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the junior suite. Everyone was so attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The room was spotless, comfy bed, amazing view and the hotel looked stunning, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location, next to the shopping Mall. Rooms nice and clean but the first class service was what made visit special (Dimas and Umi at breakfast were great).
