"Good experience for stay"

Strategic hotel location in West Surabya, just go to the ground level and you arrived at Pakuwon Mall. Polite and handful staff, comfort room, and have good breakfasts. One of the best hotel in Surabaya.

"My Go-To Hotel in Surabaya"

Stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Pakuwon Indah during my trip to Surabaya, and honestly, it’s one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in the city. The location is super convenient — directly linked to Pakuwon Mall, so you’ve got food, shopping, and entertainment literally next door. The room was cozy, clean, and well-kept, with everything working perfectly. Staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, they could communicate well in English, which made things really smooth. Overall, very comfortable stay, peaceful environment, and great service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya — whether for business or leisure. Will definitely come back again.

There was an initial hiccup, but the service recovery was exceptional. Overall, the staff at the hotel were warm and friendly and saw to our needs with efficiency. We had a very pleasant stay at the property and would highly recommend it.
