It was a pleasure to stay at the Four Points Pakuwon Surabaya hotel. We have stayed here several times and have been very impressed with the clean rooms and comfortable beds. We were welcomed by the friendly hotel staff, and the food at the Djaman Doeloe restaurant was delicious and varied. We were especially impressed with the food at the hotel restaurant. Every dish was delicious, well-prepared, and served with great attention to detail. I was happy stayed in Four Point for 3 nights. From I check in until check out, all staff really really helpful. Thank to mas Fajar and Mas Yudhi from Djaman Doeloe Resto. Food was tasty, I got complimentary Lapis Surabaya in my room and drink voucher for rooftop bar. The location next to Pakuwon Mall make my trip was easy. Everything was prefect! Thanks

I chose Four Points Pakuwon Indah for my family holiday in greater Surabaya in December 2025. What a right decision it was! Location wise it is not far from the toll road and it is right inside the Pakuwon Mall complex, providing easy access to almost anything, from shopping to food to massage to food again. The hotel is relaxing, clean and well maintained, providing us with a comfortable living space while away from home. The breakfast buffet spread provides a delicious endless variety of food. Thank you to sous chef Anto. Just a tip, please get the French toast with ice cream on top and get your name written on the plate! What most remarkably stood out is the staffs’ service. All of them, from the front office to the room cleaner, from the security team to the waitress team. They are attentive and their warm big smiles always greet us. They represent the right combination of Indonesian hospitality and Marriot professionalism. A special thanks to Rebecca in the front office who wholeheartedly took care of us throughout our stay. Also to Lanang the Duty Manager who attentively ensured that all our needs were taken care of. We will certainly choose this hotel again the next time we visit Surabaya.
