Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah

I would like to compliment how pleased I was with the service provided during my recent stay at your Four Points by Sheraton - Pakuwon Indah. I have stayed at many different hotels for leisure and I found this hotel is the preferred one. I wish to express my appreciation for the superior service I have received throughout my 3 nights stay. The front desk staff - Ms Prissly, was very helpful and deserves a great deal of praises for her excellent customer service.  Ms Yosiane whom had let me experienced an excellent service from pre-arrival till l’m checked in. In particular, I would like to mention the crews from the Djaman Doeloe Resto & Bar whom we met, Mr Tyo (Agung), Gee, Chef Judi, Ivan, Akhmad, Chef Soim and Ella. Not forgetting from room service team, Ms Riris Sylvia and Mr Fajar Ilahi. All staff are generally helpful and maintained a positive attitude to ensure husband and I felt welcome during our stay. I am amazed at the consistency in their performance and willingness to go the extra mile. Each staff were all well groomed and took pride their role as "ambassadors". Kudos to you and your staffs for making my stay a great one - I will definitely be staying with the Four Points By Sheraton Pakuwon Indah again. Great experience staying here for 2 nights. Clean rooms, tasty breakfast, and the staffs were super friendly especially Mas Bimo during breakfast. One thing to improve is that the fridge needs to be cooler.

Excellent location. Spacious room and bathroom. All required amenities were available. Excellent breakfast experience. Gym was also equipped with the latest equipments. Next to mall. Staffs were friendly and helpful and always prompt.

The view of subabaya and bedding was so great. Also employees of Hotel always be kind to me. It was very good experience to me.

My recent dining experience at Djaman Doeloe Resto was an absolute delight. The dish was beautifully plated, showcasing the chef's artistry, especially "rawon" a black beef soup made by Chef Bagus. The service was impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who were happy to answer our questions.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast with good food. Everyone were always ensuring we have good experience while we stay. Most importantly this hotel is kid friendly. Located in aduacent to the biggest shopping mall is a bonus for family stay.

It is right next to biggest Pakuwon Mall, connected to many luxus Condominium buildings behind the Mall, breakfast was very lavish, great choices, chef cook came out to greet guests, weekend breakfast has music orchestra and sing in local music, great experiences.

Its my second time to stay in this hotel, and both experiences are amazing, with friendly and helpfull staff 👍👍👍 the breakfast very nice, no doubt to have another stay in this hotel, very recommended, thanks
