Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah

Always enjoyed my stay at Four Points Pakuwon. It has become my go-to in Surabaya for business trips and they always deliver a stellar service! The rooms and facilities are very comfortable and well taken care of, their services are personalized, and the staff are most accommodating.

Nice experience to stay at four points pakuwon, it's close to supermall, so it's very easy to get some snack, the staff it's very friendly of course i still remember the name staff at bfast time mas aji ya, he's very helpful, it's hope i can go back to four points 👍🏻

The stay was very comfortable. It would be better that there are hooks/hanging bars to hang our wet swimming costumes in the toilet. Also, would appreciate there is a grab bar in the shower, for safety purposes.

My room wasn't sound proof. We can heard clearly what the guests at the next room were talking on the middle of th night. Reason being most of the walls are wooden partitions and not solid walls. Can heard the sound of closing and opening of curtains coming from next room

Hotel staff was super nice and breakfast was massive with so many options. It was connected to the mall so it's easy to get in and out to try new restaurants or go shopping.

This was my second time staying at Four Points. Service was always good and we love the breakfast as they have local delicacies :) The hotel has some sharing facilities with the Westin and connected to the a huge mall. It was very convenient to stay at the Four Points. Definitely would return.

I stayed for only a night with my wife & baby (he's 4 months old), first time i checked in, receptionist (Mr Nigel) was very nice, he accomodate all of our basic needs including make our parking ticket free, and showed us where's the breakfast is at. Also, he organized that i could join sahoor time at dawn, and my wife join breakfast time easly! On top of that, he upgraded my room, he didn't even know that i was with my baby! Best experience! Also checking out also easy with Mr Anwar!

the service was perfect, the staff were nice and the location is beside mall. i got an upgraded room and requested menu for my sahoor. i really enjoy the moment i stayed in Four Points Pakuwon Indah and will recommend this hotel to our company so next time we can enjoy another special treatment again. very clean, nice and comfy hotel with direct access to Mall and having supporting hotel staff. hospitality of the staff and ambience of the hotel are very good. breakfast experience is absolute impressive during Ramadan months. additional benefit with access to mall.

Staying at this hotel is a truly luxurious experience. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended! the staff also kind enough check and call my room when i almost miss my sahur for fasting due to over sleep.
