Extended Stay America Suites - Norco

Staff entered my room 2 different times throughout the night. After speaking with them they said there system did not show I was in the room. One employee said she would fix the issue and 3 hours later another’s employee entered my room. In the morning I spoke to the lady at the check out and stated what happened she then dismissed the situation and ignored the problem

I love the environment from all the workers at this location, ive been staying here for over 5 months and have been treated so well, a special thank you to worker Simone always going above and beyond with her costomer survice and hospitality, she and the main maintenance man are always my go to people that have continued to give great service, i recommend this location so much and will keep staying untill needed !!!!!

Robin is great assistance. The hotel was clean and comfortable! The location is near shopping malls, restaurants and grocery stores.

The Facility was nice clean and comfortable.

When we arrived we weren't able to Check in. The Employee there clocked out and we had to wait for the next Employee. She was late to work. Then she had us wait because she needed to use the restroom. This was at 11pm

they were very rude to me and tried to get me in trouble with the police that's cool I don't want hey how you doing yeah babe thank you sweetie thank you baby look look at me first

I did not like anything from this hotel.

I did not like this hotel because the check in took a while, the room that we had was not very clean and we ended up canceling our room to book at a more cleaner hotel .
