Poor upkeep and bad odor throughout

Staying at Extended Stay America Norco, for me, is like having an "extended" family, especially for those of us who are deficient in that area 😉. The entire staff is friendly and efficient, and requests are never an imposition. I also want to mention I feel safe here, parking lots included, as the lots, lobby, entrances/exits, and hallways are brightly lit and door locks are in working order. The location of the property is surrounded by a lot of restaurants, fast food, and gas stations, which are available within minutes of travel by 🚘, 🚲, or 🐾.

I stayed last week robin helped me so much she deserves a raise. There needs to be more people like her. I will definitely stay there again

I have been staying at Extended stay for a few months and I have to say I've been very impressed with the manager Elizabeth. When talk about hospitality, she definitely is amazing talented manager. I wish her nothing but success.

Location

I called ahead of time to let them know that I was gonna be late so I was gonna check in 3 the morning and the person over the phone said it was OK when I got there the lady at the desk said it wasn’t OK and that she didn’t have any room I even insisted on paying to stay for another room. She insisted that it was just too much money for me to pay that it wasn’t worth the money I was gonna have to check out 11. I said it was fine but she said no so I had to leave.
