Horrible customer service. I needed a refund and staff was never helpful. I could never get a hold of managment.

Everything is smoke stained and smells mildly like pee. Tried to cancel since I had until 6pm. Never got my money back. So insanely dirty facilities and thieves.

The night staff girl was very nice.

Found out it was section 8 housing and we were charged more than the people that normally stay there because we went through booking.com first room we were in the floor was all sticky broken blinds the second room had broken fire suppressor over the stove and the lights were on motion sensors that you could not turn off so all night long if you rolled over all the lights would come on very irritating.

Refrigerator is not working at all. Unhelpful staff.

The attention, kindness, and willingness to assist us at every turn was not just appreciated—it left a lasting impression on both my wife and me. In fact, her level of care weighed on my conscience in such a positive way that I felt compelled to come back and write this review well after our stay had ended. That kind of impact says everything. The entire staff reflected that same standard. Everyone we encountered was courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful, creating an environment that felt welcoming and well-managed. The property itself was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The in-room kitchen was a major plus—convenient, functional, and thoughtfully maintained. It made our stay feel more like a home than a hotel. Additionally, the maintenance service was outstanding. Any need or concern was addressed immediately and efficiently, which only added to the sense of ease and reliability during our time there. Overall, this location delivered an experience that exceeded expectations on every level. Because of Mirit and her team, this stay left a lasting impression that we will not forget.
