"New orleans, we will be back"

Beautiful house in a residential area with restaurants nearby. Wonderful cooked breakfast daily. Lots of privacy and a beautiful garden beside the house. Our room had a lounge area, walk out to the terrace, plus mini fridge with drinks you can pay for and complimentary tea and coffee

Front room a bit noisy with the street car at night.

"Awesome find and gem of an innkeeper!"

We had advised the inn keeper of an early arrival which she was fine with. However, we showed up really early b/c of an early flight. Merely wanted to store our bags and change cloths in a bathroom. Monica had none of that. Promptly, took us to our room, got us set up and we worried about payment....etc later. She did all of this despite working on breakfast prep. Also very helpful with recs and helped m with some tech issues getting boarding passes. A gem of a place. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The location was great. Loved the decorations for Christmas.

Wi fi never worked. Manager never followed up to assist. Breakfast was fair. Bed a little too soft.
