I am a Platinum Marriott Bonvoy member, and honestly, after this experience, I don’t even feel like staying at any Marriott property again. I had a confirmed reservation (I’ve attached the confirmation email), but when I arrived at around 10:30 PM, the front desk staff told me they couldn’t find my booking. Instead of helping, I was told it was my responsibility to contact support. No effort, no empathy, nothing. I called Marriott support and waited about 15 minutes just to get connected. The representative was completely unhelpful, talking about irrelevant things and wasting time. After another 15 minutes, he simply said he can't find booking and couldn’t help. Extremely unprofessional. When I went back to the hotel around 11–11:15 PM, the manager just said the hotel was full and told me to call support again. No accountability, no solution, just passing the problem around. I was literally left stranded late at night and had to spend time finding a different hotel and making a new booking. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a loyal Marriott customer. Worst experience ever. Do NOT stay here.

Let me begin by saying that all travelers really appreciate when they arrive at a destination early, being allowed to check in if the room is ready. It’s just common courtesy to tired travelers. I have stayed at this location numerous times and for some reason, they do not allow this. They will tell you that, even though the parking lot is totally empty, your room won’t be clean until 4:00. Let’s presume for a moment that an empty parking lot means nothing- it’s just too coincidental that every time I go there, the room will be clean at 4:00. Once I even went with my small grandchildren- same crap. They made us sit there until 4:00 sharp. So I firmly believe that for some odd reason they will never allow you to check in until 4:00, and that is pretty uncommon these days. It is called the hospitality business, right? I have kept coming back because the price is often unbeatable and typically their staff is decent. Right now they have a very friendly staff whom I enjoyed. The bed and room is comfortable. The location is very good. However do not plan on using the coffee packets in the room- it’s is wretched. I forgot to bring my own this time and yuck! I could have got dressed and went to the other building for coffee in the lobby but I was too lazy. Isn’t that kinda what vacay is all about?! Additionally it’s probably time to replace the tv remotes. Not one of the three remotes in our two bedroom suite worked very well. I don’t know if I will go back - there is definitely good and bad here.
