Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel

Good location. Decent breakfast. Decent rooms.

Staff ranged from disinterested to untrained to disengaged.

The location was perfect. Very central. Not too much noise overnight. Breakfast was really nice.

Room smelt a bit musty initially. Some of the decor is a bit dated

Close to underground shops and cafes.

A little tired.

Booking all in order upon arrival, rooms spacious, clean, comfortable and nice views over the park. Although on a busy main road, A82, rooms were quiet at night. Breakfast was really very good, tables kept clean and clear. Self-service buffet with very good hot, cold selection, fresh fruits, various yoghurt, pastries and hot traditional breakfast - in Scotland so had haggis and "tattie scones" on buffet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping regular each day, prompt, quick and very friendly. Didn't use the restaurant, lounge bar had friendly, helpful staff, good range of gins and malts. Rather a young crowd and odd jazz music, so didn't stay long - just our preference. Would recommend and will definitely stay again when in Glasgow

Limited storage space for a longer stay. Lifts and corridors need fresh air, ventilated - they are stuffy. Rooms are good but some need refurbishment, a bit tired if going to be value for money at current room rate

I was a great location

Not all rooms have a fridge or hair dryers and we had to book a family room because no signals or twins anywhere in hotel reception on check out too slow and I couldn’t get out of the car park for over 30min because Julie ( manager) parked her sports car across the parking bays blocking in six cars older mail porter only person who treated us with respect. Was here for a wedding on Oran mor and stayed 3 nights only have breakfast one morning and was ok. This hotel wouldn’t be my first choice should I visit the area ever again too much money for very little service.

The area the staff very friendly , lovely bar area and lovely little cafes nearby

The room was a bit cold but was rectified immediately by members of the of staff
