"Brilliant stay again"

I have been coming to the bradford a few times now as i find the staff are lovely, friendly, rooms are lovely up to very good standard and its fairly quiet and local to centre and travel. I absolitely love the pillows as i have to be propped up due to health problem. So comfy. This time round there was a little problem with the tv remote but overall brilliant stay again. Il be back again

"Good but not Great"

Hotel staff are always friendly and helpful. During my 4 night stay one of the two lifts was out of order which would have caused problems had the hotel had more guests. Breakfast were O.K. but nothing special and sometimes not as hot as I would have liked. On Monday morning they would have better to cook to order as there so few guests.

"It is 2 star dated hotel, "

The rooms and bathroom are small and dated. My friend is 6ft 3in tall and his head was touching the ceiling when he went in the shower. Decoration in the room was dated and carpet was stained in some places.. The recommended carpark was not safe, 19 cars was broken into the night before I arrive The heating in the room did not work.. The room was so bad, I paid for two nights but stayed only for one...

Hotel nice but rooms are dated and require a refurb. Rust in bath, peeling paint wear and tear showing badly in general. Staff were nice, friendly and helpful.

"Not good value, in fact, not good in any way!"

I booked this based upon good feedback scores, so I was extremely disappointed with pretty much everything during my stay. Until they have completed the refurbishment I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, and even then it wouldn’t be anywhere near my first choice. This sounds harsh but this is a question of value. My 2 night stay was not cheap and not good value

"Not worth the money "

Lools good from.oit side but not a good impression where the lifts are broke no bedding in the room and very very old bath. Extremely slow staff response

"Not overly impressed "

Got there just after 3pm.. reception wasn’t sure if room was ready so waited whilst they checked. Didn’t wait too long. When we got to room and I opened drawers to put my stuff away and the drawer was full of rubbish - called reception and this was resolved quickly. Later in the evening, wanted to have a nice soak in bath and there was no hot water! Shower was okay but they must not like guests having a bath?! However location was ideal for our requirements and price was decent.
