Nice hotel near train station excellent service. Room was cosy.

Excellent staff, lack of A/C in room and beds could be better only negative (the weather was very hot though) great location

lovely hotel perfect fro the alhambra theatre and other bradford venues we had a city view room and it was a fab view of the city hall with its multi coloured lit clock tower and big wheel staff were very friendly and professional and we had a great stay nice late noon checkout so time to chill.. ncp car park attached with discounted parking just ask at reception we would stay here again and more than happy to recommend great value too

Paper thin walls. Maybe just unlucky. Sign advertising rooms by the hour. Not sure if this was happening next door. Kept awake most of night

This is the 2nd time i have been here and this time was even better than the first. Lovely hotel and staff. Nothing is too small of a problem. Very convenient for town and local amenities. Will always come back here in future

The room wasn't very clean; the wardrobe was very dusty. Hair dryer didn't work and the shower was broken which would flood the toilet on any attempt to shower. A lot of noise and banging from building work being carried out within the hotel. Very disappointed.
