"It was okay. Just basic."

It’s honestly good for a night or two.... there’s a sort of old fashioned feel to it which is nice but the bathroom could be better, it was clearly well-used and had possibly rust(?) in the tub. Also I don’t know if it was just the room I was assigned to but the lights had this horrendous buzzing sound, then flickered before it actually turned on.

"Not that great"

Nice hotel, quick check in and friendly staff. Room very clean and good amenities.. location very convenient for train station and shopping centre. The only downfall was the breakfast.. had to ask for juice to be brought out as it had run out, had to wait 10 mins for sausage and another 20 minutes for bacon to be brought out after asking about 4 times, only when it came it was awful - the whole breakfast!! . I’d stay at the hotel again but I’ll be skipping breakfast.

"Great stay "

Had a great stay, the suite is awesome if you want to go and enjoy a night with friends as it has a lounge area. The staff are very friendly too.

"Exceptional"

Convenient central location. I was pleasantly surprised by the luck of noise despite the fact my room was looking over a busy road. Overall, I was happy, would stay again and would recommend to others.

"Clean, comfortable, 12pm perfect checkout time! "

Everything was great, comfortable and nice, with a perfect checkout time at 12pm. Little issue however, we didn't put out the 'do not disturb' sign. From around 9am til 11am the house keeper came knocking 3 times! It was Sunday morning! Other than that. Everything was spot on. Cannot fault anything. Will definitely stay again
