"Not worth the money."

Breakfast was good

Room could have been cleaned every day, not on day 3. Shower cabin in a bad quality, it was required to remove much water from the floor after taking a shower. No light in the corridor. It was rather cool in the room.

"Great snowing nights"

The staff is very friendly, we were alone at the hotel so they prepared for us a big table for breakfast with several plates, also the location is great with nice view. Bidet available.

The room was very cold and the warmer wasn't working, no water for drink was available and when we asked they let us pay 2 GEL for each bottle.

"It was definitely a one time thing"

Honestly just the air conditioning and they didnt even have the remote in the room we had to ask for it

Not clean, a lot of dead bugs and bathroom was dirty and the side tables were dusty

"Professional Staff, Nice Hotel - I will recommend it to my friends."

The hotel is located near the city center of Bakuriani. Also, there are a lot of shops and restaurants around. The room exceeded our expectations, it was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and supportive.
