Hotel located near the city center of Bakuriani. Also there are a lot of restaurants around. Breakfast included.

Huge piece of dust under the fridge. Zero working bedside lamps. 1 set of slippers and 2 bathrobes? Parking and sidewalk covered with ice so it's nearly impossible to stay on two legs. Price doesn't suit the quality.

Largee than average rooms, comfortable beds with luxurious linnen. The receptionist Mariam was an absolute star, arranging early check in and late check out with baggage storage. Close proximity to lots of restaurants, 25 Ski park just around the corner. CBD and Spar within walking distance. Could walk to Ski park with ski boots on which was a bonus.

Advertised and understood that there is no self catering so no problem there, but there is a small fridge, kettle and hairdryer in each room.

When I was booking, I didn’t know about the location of the slopes, and this was a very pleasant surprise, that the 25 slopes were just behind the corner. The breakfast was fine, everyday something new. For the dinner there are couple of places available, tho we were visiting Sazandari. A place to check out! The view from my room was gorgeous, especially when it started to snow, it was beyond the amazing.

The only things that were not good are cleanliness and bed sheets. Would be also nice if we could regulate the room temperature, because it was too dry there, my throat dried out and also the static charge from the bed sheets was messing with my devices, wireless chargers. The lightnings were nice tho

Room, price and location.

The Place was just right next to the main SKI Lifts, which was great and the main reason for us to booking with them. We booked a spacious family room and it had great views too.

Breakfast option was not clearly available at the time of booking and upon arrival seemed like wasn't there at all. Not a major issue coz there was a restaurant in the hotel itself.

The location is perfect , reception is excellent people I really enjoyed staying with my family - I recommend it and I will come back again
