the reception person Mariam was so good and nice and help us and provide all our needs + location

the cleaning isn’t that much . there is a lot of hairs in the beds and they are not changing the Bed sheets when they are doing the daily clean

The halal restaurant was just in the hotel which was very convenient. The hotel was clean and had elevator. The rooms were big and clean.

The hotel room did not had any cups or mugs. The room for 3 guests did not had any cover or curtains for the windows due to which it was very bright and we were unable to sleep.

We had chosen the hotel due to his location near the ski M25 (for beginners and kids). The reception was very kind and our check in was earlier.

In the first floor there is a restaurant, as a result whole the hotel has smell of food, not noticeable in the room but at corridor indeed. Morover it felt like an old hotel that havn't renovated long time, and should be.

We stayed in the 3 room suite. Location was very good, 3 minute walk from the 25 Ski Park, which is for skiing beginners. Supermarkets nearby, highly recommend the restaurant Mimino (1 minute walk from the hotel).

No sitting area where the entire family could sit. The shower leaked and we got no floor towels, just a reusable mat. The hand held shower head sprayed to the sides. No tea, coffee or water bottles in the room. Bed wasn’t the cleanest, we all had hair (that obviously wasn’t ours) in the bed sheets. We chose this room specifically to get a safe ( as promised in the listing) got to the room and it had no safe, went to the reception to request one, the staff was nice enough to put one in our room but it obviously wasn’t screwed to anything just placed on a desk in the room, so was pointless as someone could just take the entire safe out of our room with our things inside it.
