Rooms needs more furniture as an apartment should have a small kitchen and washing machine and iron + internet connection is bad and slow

The location and the cleanliness.

My son broke a glass and the hotel charged us 20 Lari ($7) for it. The glass seemed liked a normal glass with no brand. When I said that that was too much for a glass, they told me that the set cost 100 GEL because it was a special kind of glass! I later found full sets (6 pieces) of similar glasses for 8 GEL. There is a note in the room that says: "Smoking and damage to inventory will be fined" (sic.). They seem to take this "fine" thing really seriously.

The girl on the reception is super friendly and polite. Breakfast is good for 2 days, not longer. No coffee machine. Location was ok. You need 10 min driving to the Crystal slope which I suggest for the kids. Good food in the area, nothing else to see

We stayed here for three nights March 8 - 11 to skiing at Didveli. We chose it because of the position which is close to the road to Didveli and at the same time is close to 2 good restaurants Mimino and Sazadani, also there is a ski rent nearby with cheaper prices when at Didveli. To get to Didveli and back we took taxi. The room exceeded out expectations, it was warm, clean and spacious with soft and comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and spacious too with a shower with hot water. TV set is able to read flash drive and play moovies that was important for us.

The hotel is near the "25-slope ski park". This park has some nice restaurants and kid-friendly attractions. Breakfast was good and included things for adults and kids. The rooms are big and clean.

Breakfast is served at 10:00 AM, which is way too late. We asked them to do it earlier, but they wouldn't. The rooms were only cleaned once during our three nights there. There wasn't enough shower gel and toilet paper, so we had to ask for more.
