The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa

I had my wedding here March 28,2026! It was everything I could have imagined!! The venue was beautiful, the staff was delightful, and a huge shoutout to Amy White!! She was my event coordinator for The Westin and made it effortless!!! 10/10 would recommend!

We stayed here for a destination wedding and paid $800 for two nights—what should have been a celebratory weekend turned into a frustrating experience. Check-in was a disaster. We were first assigned a room that was already occupied—a serious breach of privacy and safety, especially since it was my pregnant daughter-in-law’s room, causing unnecessary stress. After returning to the front desk, we were assigned another incorrect room. Other family members experienced the same issues, showing this wasn’t isolated but part of a larger operational failure. The front desk seemed uncoordinated and unable to manage basic check-in procedures. The room itself was unacceptable. Large wet spots on the carpet, detached curtains, and a chest of drawers that wouldn’t stay closed made it uncomfortable and unclean. Bathroom amenities were incomplete (soap and shampoo, but no conditioner). TV remote had no sleep timer, the coffee maker didn’t work, and for two guests over two nights, only one bottle of water was provided. This stay reflects serious failures in hospitality, maintenance, and management. For the price, this level of service is unacceptable. We are requesting a refund and hope management addresses these issues. We cannot recommend this hotel.

Booked on phone by calling the property. Reserved King balcony riverfront. Prepaid. When we attempted to check in we were told our reservation was not available. This exact thing happened to us a couple of years ago at the Westin Savannah. They refused to refund our prepaid two nights. They offered nothing to resolve the issue.In business over 40 years ourselves, we were pretty surprised that there was no remedy. I would have offered my customer at least to return at another date where the promised room could be provided. So no room, no refund, no resolution. Shocking that they frankly didn't care that we didn't stay and wouldn't return.

Management of this hotel is awful.

The management treated their customers with zero respect

I would like to first say that I have been Customer for The Westin for conferences such as Governors Office of Highway Safety, GAWDA, GRA, and PGA, so normally things go well. Unhappy guest Today, March 27, 2026 was a regular day of grabbing some lunch at the Aqua Restaurant and going down to the patio to watch the ships go by. I ordered lunch up on the 2nd floor restaurant, hamburger well done. I took my first bite- pink! Oh well, I will just take it back and get a refund. They will not give a receipt of proof of refund. "We use a third party". Being a business owner, I also process payments. 1 button and the refund is processed. I was told the refund would be processed and look I emailed someone and they created a "case" to request your refund. Well, while you guys figure our how to give me proof of my refund I will be just letting everyone know what to expect when they are at this resort. I have filed a complaint with the FTC, Electronic Transfer Funds Act Violation, The State of Georgia Attorney, and anyone else that is on my email list.

Mo and Justin at Guest Services were both amazing and helped us every step of the way as we packed and unpacked our conference exhibit. If I could rate 6 stars I’d do it when it comes to customer experience
