Asked for a handicapped accessible room. Husband is paralyzed. Fit into the recliner I’m okay but the hoyer lift we brought doesn’t fit under the bed due to the base. Also out accessible shower did not have a roll in shower. My husband had to sleep in his wheelchair! Our service dog was constantly being barked at by uncontrollable pet dogs. All this for $500 for one night. Would never go again!

Great pool and hot tub, loved the view across the river. The complimentary ferry service to downtown Savannah was so convenient!

Balcony was gorgeous in my suite and very high on the 18th floor. Almost intimidating to sit on, but I did enjoy breakfast on the balcony! Although construction site nearby and maintenance on the grounds ruined my morning solitude on the balcony. Nice amenities, like a beautiful pool, trivia, s'mores kits. Friendly and helpful staff including bag staff. No microwave or clock in the room was a bummer. I don't recall and ironing board either but perhaps could have requested one. Quality robe. Water got very hot but not full blast like I'd prefer. Room service was excellent, try the crab eggs benedict! Would recommend.

Waking up to the shipping boats was pretty cool.

The beds were terrible. Also the staff did not have it together. They gave us the wrong key to the room. It was late we had two kids it took about an hour and half just to check in. Then when we finally got to the room the key would not open the door.

Traveler beware. I attended a conference at the Savannah Convention Center this past week. The day before I flew in, I received a "welcome to the Westin" email from the Westin Savannah. This surprised me because my team tried to book rooms for our stay all the way back in January and we were told that the hotel was already sold out. I'm not sure what happened exactly, as I never received a booking confirmation from them, but apparently a single room was booked. Obviously, if we'd ever received a booking email, we'd have spotted the error and canceled the single room long before we incurred any cancellation fees. (Side-note, our small team travels 6-12 times per year to other conferences like this) When I called the hotel staff to address the matter, they initially told me there was nothing they could do, and they'd have to charge me $306 for one of the room-nights. After I insisted, they said they would escalate it to their Head of Finance to have it reviewed. Then I get an email saying they would reduce the bill by 50%. My wife and I already have plans to come back to Savannah for a pleasure trip, and I can promise we won't be staying at the Westin.

Manager is non existent and doesn't stay focused on guest experience. Coming from a lifetime titanium on business travel. From a pillowcase covered in makeup to employees more interested in a conversation among themselves than taking care of guests, not the right property to stay at. Plenty of other properties near by to stay at. The only good thing was the golf course, was great!! Everything else, absolutely crap!

Have had massages here several times before and they were all great but today I had a facial with Adrian and she was fantastic! Skin looks great, but she also took the time to educate and tell me what to do to improve it in the future.

First, I would like to acknowledge that several members of your staff—particularly the front desk, bell staff, and restaurant team—provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Their professionalism and hospitality did not go unnoticed and were greatly appreciated.

However, despite these positive interactions, an incident involving a member of your loss prevention team significantly overshadowed our experience. My family and I traveled from Virginia to Savannah to celebrate my cousin’s senior prom. We reserved accommodations, including a hospitality suite for prom preparations, and spent a substantial amount of money at your property. Given the nature of our stay, we were taking photos in the lobby area near the staircase to the left of the front desk—similar to what we had observed other guests doing throughout the day, including wedding parties and individuals taking photos with luxury vehicles outside the main entrance. While my cousin was taking her prom photos, a man who did not initially identify himself abruptly stepped in front of her and demanded that we stop taking photos and leave the area. His tone was rude, dismissive, and confrontational. When we attempted to understand the reasoning behind his request, he failed to provide any clear explanation or identify himself, and he physically positioned himself in a way that blocked our movement until we dispersed. This interaction was not only unprofessional, but also deeply degrading and upsetting.
