Lack of restaurants/ food options on site. Had to ferry over to Savannah.

Convenient location to where we needed to be.

The food choices at the hotel restaurant were limited and the hours for the small store to buy drinks, etc closes earlier than expected

The convenience of being on the edge of downtown Savannah. The views of the river. The convention center in walking distance.

Low quality rooms. Cheap paint. Old style furniture. Short toilet. Uncomfortable pillows. The windows are not tinted, so the person next to you can see through your room.

My twin sister and I were here for a twin Birthday Trip.We loved heavenly spa. I had a massage with Darren and a facial with Adrian. Everyone was excellent from the front desk to the locker room attendant. Wimon who was fabulous sweet. It was a gracious and elevated experience. My sister had Pricilla for a pedicure and facial. She loved her. She enjoyed her relaxing massage wuth Briana.We appreciate the product recommendations. We went to the hotel bar for drinks last night and et Billy who was bar tending. He had a great personality and terrific recommendations for thing to do in Savannah. The Savannah Westin Gold Resort and spa is lovely. The fire pit and pool area along the river are gorgeous. Everyone has been do nice.

Very nice hotel, we had a room with a balcony and really enjoyed seeing the town, especially at night Staff was VERY friendly and helpful We were there the day after Memorial Day and many of the food and beverage restaurants were closed or offering limited service (e.g. lunch at 2pm was take-out, but they let us sit at the bar)

We ate at the Resteraunt and the waiter was rude and even when the manager came over and spoke she acted like she didn’t want to. For their prices you would expect friendlier staff.
