The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa

The hotel was very disappointing for a one-stay night at a cost of over $500. The hair dryer did not work, the room safe did not work, the bathroom sink was clogged and the bed top sheet came up only 2/3rds of the distant to the headboard. Obviously, the maid and maintenance service staff is not observant or may not care, Golf course condition was mediocre, but lunch at the club was above average.

Wonderful stay but v crowded

Booking.com offered me a balcony room if i paid more but the Westin could not see this upgrade so we did not get a balcony room. Booking.com is very hard to reach so lost money but the hotel was great for us.

I hesitated to book as it sits across the river from the center of Savannah but with regular complimentary ferry service it was never an issue. The valet charge our ev, they upgraded our room it was a great overnight stay

I had high expectations for the Westin Harbor Inn, especially after paying $1,600 for two rooms over a Friday and Saturday. What I got instead was poor communication, disorganization, and a situation that put my children’s safety at risk. Before arrival, I called ahead specifically to request adjoining rooms and a rollaway bed since I was traveling alone with my three kids. I was clearly told both would be accommodated. That turned out to be completely false. After checking in and getting to the rooms, they were not adjoining. When I called the front desk, I was told there were none available, despite being assured days earlier. Then, to make matters worse, they claimed I needed to request the rollaway bed through some specific website. That was never mentioned during my call. So not only did they fail to deliver, they shifted the blame onto me. Because of their incompetence, I was forced into an unacceptable and frankly dangerous situation: having two minors in a completely separate, non-adjoining hotel room by themselves. Not with a connecting door….separate. No direct access. No way to monitor them properly. No ability to respond immediately if something happened. Any parent knows that’s not just inconvenient, it’s a serious safety concern. This is exactly the kind of situation you go out of your way and spend good money to avoid. Instead, the hotel created it. On top of that the elevators were a mess, with lines stretching into the hallway…The pool didn’t even have towels available for the majority of Saturday afternoon For a hotel that charges premium prices, this level of disorganization and disregard for guest safety is unacceptable. This wasn’t just a bad stay…it was a stressful and avoidable failure on their part. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to families

The view is breathtaking. The extra king size bed, very comfortable. The staff very nice. The ferry every 20 minutes was great . We had a great experience.
