Sleep Inn Elkhart North

We got a jetted tub did not work told them multiple times they said we never told them. I asked for a discount sense it did not work. They said next time. It also says they have breakfast they do not. I never be back there again worst hotel stay ever.

The only clean place in this hotel was the lobby. Hall ways rooms stairs disgusting. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night even though its supposedly a non smoking hotel. The breakfast area had no one maintaining it and was disgusting. Ice machine broken, and apparently no coffee offered even though there was an empty pot with cups next to it in the lobby. Front desk man not helpful, just scrolling on his phone. spend more money and stay somewhere else.

Over all great experience great prices and they try little by little this place is gonna go above n beyond im glad to have been able to stay here it one of the best hotels with great pricing ....also any issues that you may have maintenance is amazing goes above and beyond i would highly recommend to anyone Its easy to walk to near by gas station and restaurants and pharmacy stores aren't to far either ☺️They have an amazing breafast here they have a hudge variety to choose from always makes mornings amazing n so worth it

This hotel was one of my worse experiences ever. From check in I knew it was gone be bad. The exterior had people hanging all around and homeless people in cars in parking lot. A guy broke the sliding door cops had to come frist night there. Then there was no toilet paper in room ask the cleaner for some he inspected the room before giving me toilet paper to ensure I wasn’t lying we had 2 towels for 3 people and when I asked for more they asked me to bring the other towels down before getting more towels. Also I had kids with me felt very unsafe with some of the other guest there you could tell lived there people hanging all over Lobby. And my second night there the name questioned me on my room # as if I didn’t pay over $400 to stay there we visit family from out of town so I had 3 of my sisters kids with me and he threaten to call the police on me but didn’t when I explain we are good people pay good money and cause no problems granted we were not in the room all day cause we travel to Michigan to go to the beach and then return to rude threatening and undermining front desk clerk

When we checked in there was hair in the tub drain to start with. When we called the front desk it took an hour and they sent a plumber out to unplug the drain. When we asked for fresh towels they insisted that we bring the old ones back first. They didn't clean the room each day of our 3-day stay. They said that if we wanted housekeeping we needed to call. Then when we asked for fresh towels for the bathroom they again insisted that we bring the dirty ones back first. The hot tub was literally ice cold because the heater was not working. They advertise a hot breakfast but there was absolutely no hot breakfast. There was trash on the floor in the room and in the Commons areas and hallways. Anytime we asked the staff for assistance they were rude. It was a three-day stay that we booked and each day when we came back we had to take our key to the front desk to have it reprogrammed.

Real dirty

At check in staff had in a head piece and was clearly on the phone call so it was difficult to understand if the conversation was with me or the phone call.

I especially reserved for two queen beds and staff made me wait an hour past checkin time to assign me the room despite calling earlier. The room was dirty including the bathroom floors had all dark clay sticking to floors. The bath towels stank. I won't stay here again. I went to eat breakfast at 8:30 AM and couldn't find any staff member at checkin desk because everything was empty and messy in breakfast room. There were other people waiting for same issue for an hour and nobody showed up. It looked like the property was abandoned and the staff left the property.
