Not good

The pool and hot tub was close the hotel was dirty our bed had crums on it when we checked in the shower was dirty the halls and floors in the room looked lime they hadnt been vacuumed in months

Avoid this hotel !! The room smelled terrible , tho it appeared to be clean . Also the walls are paper thin and we had a very loud guest next door who refused to turn TV volume down even at 2 AM. They served breakfast but it was equally horrible . Take my word … you DO NOT want to stay here !

There’s a lot of bugs and it was not that clean the windows were broken so of course the quality was not there. The staff though was very kind and honest.

This was a disgusting hotel. The window was broken and tv didn’t work and front desk wouldn’t even change my room. He made me checkout and kept the money

Seem to be a place for displaced individuals. Staying up late, doors slamming, loud talking in the hallways. .pool not open, laundry not up and running, getting ice was supervised. I won’t be back.

Booked hotel because of pool, it was closed for repairs. This should be on the advertisement for the hotel, very disappointing

Check in was very slow, did not check ID to credit card. Went to the room and very musky smelling, air conditioning was not cool. No remote for tv had to go down to the front desk and see about that ( no phone in room to call the desk) went down to the in door pool and it was closed off... after 3 hours they opened it back up and the water was so cold you could nor even swim or relax very disappointed. We had a large jetted bath tub to relax in, but could not do that either because they did not have any drain stoppers. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Went down for breakfast at 8:15am and there was a loaf of bread, 2 yogurts, corn flakes cereal. The attendent said they ran out of eggs, waffle mix, other kids of cereal. Just an overall bad experience. Will NOT be back.

Upon arrival the frint desk male clerk looked at my son and I then walked away without saying a word. After about 5 minutes or so a female comes up clearly frustrated and says she cant help me and the guy should be back soon. After another 5 minutes pass she says "there are 3 floors so he cojkd be anywhere" and that she has had a rough day. After her trying to call him for about 10 minutes he finally comes to handle check in. No apologies or anything. We go to the room and its disgusting dirty. The remote was sticky with stuff all over. What appeared to be poop stains on the wall near the bed. Paint chipping everywhere and hair in the shower. We booked this room since it says they have a pool and we'd been driving for days ans wanted to surprise my son. They said the pool has a leak and has been closed for several months. At that point we told them to cancel everything. Expeida contacted them several times and they refused a refund which they should give for theor false advertising and disgusting conditions. This place should be permanently closed. Im furiois we had to waste money on this place. Stay far away from this dirry place staffed with awful people.
