Well, we came up to visit family and get my children called before I made a reservation. asked if their pool was working, and they told me yes, so I went ahead and got a room. Got there, and they said the pool was broken and not open. Then I asked if we watched TV cause they were going to put us in a room with no TV. WE told them we want TV. So he said he would put us in a different room. We were already mad cause the pool wasn't open, but we decided to get the room. We got into the room and the TV didn't work, the toilet was broken and we always checked the bed anywhere we stayed just a habit. We got two queen beds, and both beds had stains on them and little blood spots from bed bugs. So I called the booking back and told them I wanted my money back. Booking sent them a confirmation to accept for us to get our money back. They still haven't accepted it. I called the hotel, and they are trying to say we did a no-show . Ya check the Camaras we were there.

Horrible! We left and haven’t been refunded for cancelled second night. Absolutely disgusting. No light bulbs in lights, stains all over walls and floors, missing ceiling tiles in downstairs hallway with liquid leaking down as you have to walk under it to get through the building. Mold on AC unit.

I booked this bc it said they had a pool and a hot tub. Upon checking in I was informed they weren’t working. He offered to upgrade me to a suite. Well that was way worse, instead of the two beds I had one bed and a sofa, the sofa bed didn’t have sheets on it and it was the most uncomfortable thing ever. The room had a musty smell we couldn’t get rid off even after spraying air fresheners. Breakfast was very limited and wasn’t replenished after people came and ate. Very limited. Over all it was very disappointing. Also, people slamming doors at 7am and running around was very annoying, not necessarily the hotel’s fault but it added to our experience being worse. Wouldn’t stay there again.

This place even being open is a joke. I can't believe the health department would even pass their initial inspection. Their hospitality level even sucks. Let's start on the small things The pillows are small and thin and few. They don't offer many towels for 2 people to use. The lighting in the room wasn't the best. What lamps they had either weren't plugged or didn't have light bulbs. Lamps were also placed in locations not needed or couldn't be plugged in. The room also had a phone but not hooked up with a hole in the wall. The TV wasn't plugged in or have any channels. Now let's talk about cleanliness. Corners of the room weren't swept.The toilet room fan/light seem to be clogged and had brown residue on it. The shower had black soap scummy floors. The temperature knob on shower faucet was broken off. The walls and baseboards in bathroom were nasty. The sink was over all NASTY! It had a mans beard shavings all over the back spash ledge. Under the front lip of the sink counter it had black and brown nasty residue. The hotel outside of the room.....The ice machine didn't work. The vending machines had very little in it. The amenities offered....pool, sauna, & hot tub closed. Outside.....I may be being picky at this point but it looked trashy to me. It had the dumpster doors left open with a broken old toilet just sitting there. This is just an opinion. Maybe I'm just picky. I've worked in a hotel and am currently a housekeeper.

The hot tub and pool were out of order. Also both ice machines were out of order. At 8:55 they asked us to leave the breakfast area because breakfast was over

The pool and hot tub were closed. The jets in the JET TUB didn't work. And the elevator was out of service.

amazing staff!!!

The hotel was dirty, the elevator was not in use and the ice machine wasn't working. While trying to sleep the neighboring hotel rooms were loud and people were banging on the walls. Each time I went to the front desk there was noone there.

Nothing. This place looks like people live there. It was not clean and at 830pm they didn't even have a room ready when we showed up.

Dirty. Crowded. Unprofessional staff. Stay somewhere else if you can help it.
