TownePlace Suites by Marriott Indianapolis - Keystone

The location was great and the front desk clerk was very friendly. I liked the set up in the room with the kitchenette, but the room had a weird smell when we walked in. The bed sheets didn't fit the bed so they kept slipping of the corners. The house keeping staff knocked on the door at about 8:30 am even though check out wasn't until 12.

Pull out sofa bed was stained and was missing a sheet, floor needed vacuuming and some dusting was needed.

The hotel was loud. Stomping all night long on the floor and up the stairs. When I say ALL night long, I mean ALL NIGHT LONG. We did not sleep the two nights we were there. Everything was dirty. Fold out couch had food and crumbs and dirt all over the mattress. Hair all over the floor in the bathroom and what looked to be pieces of chicken on the floor. The sink faucet was dirty and crusty. The floor in the kitchen was sticky. Your shoes stuck to the floor because of it. Very bad experience all the way around.

The reception person is too rude I felt

Convenient close to shopping. Staff was great , the room repairs were done with poor workmanship.

One of front desk staff blamed lack of towels on Covid, the other staffer Ashley says it was shortage of staff. Ashley also threatened me by saying she was recording our conversation. I hope she did record it.

Friendly staff, nice room, nice workout room - so close to so much - we will be back!

The check in and out process was so effortless. Everything was wonderful, gentleman in the front office was so helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back.
