I didn't hate anything

Personal touch, delightful owners happy to spend time chatting did not feel rushed, comfortable and perfect accommodation for a larger family with apartments as opposed to having to book two bedrooms. And must not forget the dog lolo.

Nothing, children all wanting a return with a longer stay.

Proof positive that you should never judge a book by its cover. Half the property is being renovated but that doesn’t affect the guests. The rooms are so comfortable. Michael and his wife were perfect hosts. He gave us a lift to the local restaurant having booked it and Even lent me his trainers as I arrived in bike shoes. Thank you

Lovely warm welcome. Rooms clean and beds extremely comfortable. Nice little touch on arrival with sweets/crisp. The owners couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed as a family and we all loved our stay here. We will be returning!

Don’t be put off by the refurbishment being done to the front of this wonderful majestic, gothic type building The family room we had was spotless, fully equipped and the hosts had supplied thoughtful extras of teas coffees biscuits,, crisps, sweets and fruit.

Friendliness and standard of accommodation

It was like home ! Mike and his wife made us feel so comfortable and cooked up what we wanted and just the way we wanted. It was such a pleasant stay. And the paw friends !!! It made it more like home.
