Plas Penaeldroch Manor

Very nice place to stay! 100% recommendable to traveleres with family, especially with a dog! Mike and Carrie are quite experts providing useful tips about where to go and what to do in Snowdonia. Cold breakfast itself is very nice, but strongly recommend to have hot meals served by Mike. Nobody can help loving Penaeldroch!

Really friendly and accommodating host. We were greeted with a smile, friendly chat and welcome drinks on arrival. The rooms were kept very clean, had all the facilities for a comfortable stay and even had snacks/fruits out for the kids. Breakfast was just right accompanied by the perfect blend of coffee. It was an ideal base for us as it was ideally located for visit to Snowden, Betws-Y-Coed and Llangogan.

Lovely apartment, stunning views and very comfortable indeed. Hosts were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb!

Walls are quiet thin so you can hear the people above you in the morning. There are ear plugs in the hallway if you are sensitive to a little noise.

From the moment we arrived the hosts made our stay really great. They were very welcoming. The suite we had was fantastic and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely; most of us had the continental which was really great with a wide choice of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast and a selection of marmalade. The coffee was excellent - and I'm fussy about morning coffee. One of us had a cooked to order breakfast and wolfed it down. My friend had a huge problem with her car which was written off (thankfully whilst it was parked) and the hosts were so kind and helped her out a lot, even saving something to eat for her in case she needed it. I honestly can't wait to go back again. It was wonderful...
