11 out of 10! There were four of us--two teens, myself (the mom) and my dad. I had a bit of a time finding reasonable accommodation that would fit us all, but the top floor suite was perfect! With two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a pullout sofa bed, everyone had their own bed (very comfortable beds too!) and space. My teens loved the welcome snacks (they were delicious and gone in a flash), plus we were welcomed kindly when we checked in and asked what we would like to drink. Perfect after a long day outside. There is a full kitchen and they have an excellent selection of teas, a nice espresso set up, and many other drink options. We asked about local walking trails and received excellent recommendations. You can walk right out the door and off you go. You can even take an old Roman road to Betws-y-coed. We took a long meander in the morning and then my son opted for the full breakfast, which he said was delicious. We will definitely stay again when we return to Wales. Thank you!!

Beautifully clean, comfortable rooms, perfect for a family with 4 young children. Excellent breakfast, friendly hosts, close to zip world and all the fantastic scenery north wales has to offer. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The place was very clean and spacious. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. Location was beautiful and the building itself was so unique.

The place is very pet-friendly, which I did not realise when booking, and for someone with allergies it wasn't ideal.

The hotel owners were very friendly and so, so helpful. We arrived on our bikes after riding from Llandudno soaking wet, and they allowed us to use their private/personal living space to keep the bikes and to dry our clothes. The manor house dates back to the early 20th century, and has a lot of history. It is currently undergoing a lot of renovation, but the building used for guest accommodation is quite modern, clean, and comfortable. The cooked breakfast, which costs extra (continental breakfast is included in the room rate), is superb and worth every penny. Everything is cooked to order, even the coffee is freshly ground. Highly recommended.
