Sheraton Sharm Hotel, Resort, Villas & Spa

I had a really nice time here. The staff is very nice, the entertainment team were so nice and funny. The rooms are always clean and nice smelling. The beach and the views are incredible. I loved the food and their cocktails, the barmen’s were so sweet. Loved it!

We stayed at Sheraton for Christmas/New Years and honestly the overall experience was more than great. The entire staff were lovely - wherever we would go we’d be greeted with a smile and all of our requests were always taken care of. Room included everything we needed like mini fridge, kettle, hairdryer, as well as coffee/tea bags to make your own drinks. 2L of drinking water were brought in daily. Now speaking of the celebrations, the festive vibes were all around, everything was nicely decorated, for 2 days in a row all of the children at the hotel were receiving presents from the Santa, as well as him riding through the beach on a camel which totally gave that Egyptian vibe. At night we got to see the fire show, as well as some other shows that were done by the entertainment staff themselves. There were also live musicians next to the restaurant which created a nice ambiance. Food was alright, although if you can we suggest to try the Italian a la carte as the service and food there were superb. New year’s eve was a whole different story with different shows and dancing up until 2am. Last december we were in Egypt as well and this time the weather was a lot better, water in the sea was amazing and even warmer than the pool. If you get a taxi application you can easily get around the city, Naama Bay was within a 10 minute ride from the hotel. We didn’t regret spending out holiday here and would like to thank all the staff for their hard work and for truly caring.

We had a lovely holiday at Sheraton hotel recently. The atmosphere has been very relaxing and enjoyable thanks to the lovely staff who looked after us from day one. All hotel facilities are clean and looked after, the beach is huge with lots of sun loungers so you wouldn’t have to search for an empty one in the morning, the sea entrance is from the jetty but there’s also a shallow lagoon on the right side of the beach. There are several pools available (with the main pool being the heated one). There are different activities happening on the beach during the day provided by the entertainment staff and a kids zone for the little ones. We really suggest you bring your snorkel because the underwater world is just marvellous. Cleaning of the room was on a great level with nothing too much of a problem for our housekeeper. The hotel is great value for money, would recommend it to others.

Arrived December 23rd for Christmas in the sun. First impression was very good. Reception was spotless with an enormous Christmas tree and Gingerbread House. Poinsettias everywhere! (Fake poinsettias, so no danger to children) Very festive. Reception/dining room/bar is on top floor, Floor 7. Bar is fairly small though, so not always somewhere to sit. We had rooms on Floor 6 and they were really nice. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom. Hairdryer is in the drawer in the bathroom, but wired in, so the lead isn't very long. Balcony is huge with 2 comfy chairs and a table. Wardrobe has lighting so easy to find your way to the bathroom in the dark if you leave the doors ajar slightly. Liptons tea, coffee, creamer and sugar by the kettle with 2 small bottles of water. Food was just ok. We're not too fussy so always found something to eat, but I've had better in Egypt. Not entirely sure why pasta was served in the BBQ area. Getting drinks was a bit hit and miss, as occasionally, they would take your order and then vanish. The restaurant bar was cordoned off for New Year so you couldn't go and get your own. Snacks at 3pm were just a shambles. A polystyrene box with fish one day, chicken nuggets another and 2 small slices of pizza on another. Sometimes there were chips with salad in the cooler, and puddings, but sometimes diddly squat! Cave pool was nice and quiet, (adults only) but the water was baltic, and due to the work being done, the waterfalls were not in use so a fair amount of bird poo around. Managed to swim to the bar a couple of times, but it was cold!! There are 60 steps to go up to get to this pool and there are no loos up there, so 60 steps back down any time you want a wee. Walked up to the end of the jetty, and there were plenty of people snorkelling, so the reef must be ok. Most of the beach is very hard sand, so easy to push a buggy, wheelchair, or probably even a Chieftain tank over it, but loads of sunbeds and windbreaks there. There are a couple of little bays where you can walk in for a swim and the water was lovely - infinitely warmer than the cave pool! Very rocky and slippery though, so beach shoes are needed. The first swimming pools you come to as you come out of the hotel are a bit odd. Although right next to each other, they are on 2 levels, with one level having a swim up bar. One of the reasons we chose this hotel, was because one of the reviews said that The Sheriton "really pushed the boat out last Christmas". The only boat that got pushed out had a parachute on the back! Santa on the beach on a camel - that's it. Even the evening entertainment was awful. What appeared to be 4 pretty young ladies, competing to be "Miss Sheraton", with a modelling walk, then posing with a chair for an imaginary photographer. One of the ladies, walked away, and the entire competition was won by a chap from Wales! As I said, we came for some Christmas sun, and we certainly got that. Going from 28 degrees to minus 2 really hit home. Lovely staff, clean hotel but would I visit again, no. I was brought up in the Middle East and have visited Egypt before at Christmas and found the lack of Christmas festivities a major drawback.

Hamada Saeed - always very helpful and makes the best drinks :) Nothing it’s a problem with him We always look forward to visiting the bar because of this barman. He genuinely goes out of his way to look after us every time, remembers what we like, and makes the best drinks we’ve had anywhere. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and passion for what he does really elevate the whole hotel experience. He’s a true asset to the hotel

Our third visit to this hotel What makes us come back it’s the staff in there special recognition needs to go to Hamada Saiid in the lobby bar always gives best service no matter what time of the day it is . Nothing it’s too much to ask Thank you !!!!!!

Would like to share our experience about our stay at Sheraton hotel (first week of January 2026). Well first thing we noticed was that the staff here are working so hard and are a true credit to the hotel - from our first day all the staff have been making sure we were happy with everything and none of our requests were ever too much of a trouble. We asked to be put on the top floor to have a better view, our room was also right by the elevator so it was easy to get anywhere we needed to go. Towels, toiletries and tea/coffee amenities were all replenished daily. The food at the main buffet was pretty good, everything was fresh and warm and enough options to pick from.. The wi-fi works well enough to stay in touch however we also got a local sim card which made things a lot easier. We did some diving with the assistance of PADI diving club who were very helpful and explained everything to us. The entertainment has been great, there were many activities on the beach for anyone wanting to join in. At night there are shows followed by karaoke nights held in a separate indoor bar which was great especially in winter months as it gets cold outside at night time. Entertainment staff themselves were nice friendly lads - always stopped to chat with us and invited to join in for whatever activities they had going on. Overall our experience at Sheraton has been more than lovely, we will be recommending this hotel to others.

We had a lovely holiday at Sheraton hotel. Upon our arrival all our room requests were accommodated which was a great thing since we came to the hotel with two children. Our room had plenty of space even with the extra beds brought in as well as having all the amenities and necessities that we needed (shower supplies, kettle, mini fridge, tv, robes and slippers in the closet). The hotel has a nice relaxing atmosphere and there are plenty of spots that are away from all the noise (cave pool was our fav for that reason). The service was amazing, all the beach staff looked after us and we never had to come early to get ourselves a good spot. The entertainment team were really friendly and engaged with everyone around the beach trying to make the people get up and join in for various activities. Our 2 daughters really liked doing arts&crafts at the kids zone as well as attending the mini disco at night. We also really liked the atmosphere of the karaoke bar that worked daily from 10pm where everyone was invited to sing or dance. The hotel is honestly great value for money and we’re happy we ended up booking here out of all options.
