Very nice view, I see sunrise everyday on my balcony. A lot to see with snorkeling Pool was warm and nice Staff all very nice

I booked a king room but they give me double bed room without telling me the reason. The showering water drained soooo slow. The WiFi is so poor.

Brilliant experience will recommend to anyone wanting a break away from reality extremely clean with everything you need in the hotel mainly being the coral reefs on the private beach. Great staff Mohamed & kamel at the pool bar and Hamada and Ahmed at the ruby bar. If you are considering do it.

The hotel is lovely, location was perfect for us being just minutes away from all the main tourist spots yet far enough from the noise of the night life. The staff were attentive and ensured we were happy with every aspect of our stay - they were also always willing to help with any request or question we had. Room was equipped with everything we could possibly need, thankfully it was really quiet as well so we couldn’t hear any noise coming from outside or the neighbouring rooms. Entertainment team were friendly and offered lots of activities throughout the day where everyone was welcome to participate. At night there are usually different shows/performances as well as karaoke sessions which were our personal fav. Have to also mention bartenders at the lobby bar who made amazing drinks despite having so many customers. We loved our time spent at Sheraton, will be recommending this hotel to our friends.

Spent a week here in January 2026 in an upgraded room on the 6th floor. The hotel was very impressive on the surface but details let it down. First thing to concern us was the fire alarm that sounded at random times during the day as if it was being tested but this lasted all week. The food was good quality but very repetitive. The drinks were good if inconsistent. The big problem was the amount of the hotel that was closed, empty or just abandoned. This is a Hotel & Spa. But the indoor pool. Spa. Sauna. Showers etc were all closed and in a very poor condition. Shame really as this is a major selling point of the hotel and holiday. Have a look at the pictures attached and make up your own mind.

We had a lovely stay at Sheraton and would like to share our experience in case someone finds it helpful. The hotel is conveniently built with 2 elevators on each side of the building, there are also ramps almost everywhere which makes it easy to get around. We had been to many hotels though it’s rare to see people as friendly and willing to help as the staff here - all of them always went an extra mile to make sure we were happy with everything. Our room was kept clean with all the room amenities (towels, water bottles, shampoo, tea/coffee etc) topped up daily. The hotel is generally on the quieter side however you won’t be bored as there is always something happening at the beach - stretching, yoga, dancing, aerobics etc.. The entertainment staff themselves were full of joy and good energy. The beach is huge with plenty loungers and umbrellas, if you walk for a bit you’ll find the cave pool that is completely quiet and noise free. Diving opportunities are great although it was windy on some days so the waves were quite big. On other days however we got to enjoy swimming at the sea looking at all of the fishes and other creatures. Overall our experience was more than lovely, we can tell all of the staff members at Sheraton are keen on the guests comfort and are very kind and professional which made our stay great. We will definitely come back.
