Ahmed and Hamada were fabulous at this hotel, their customer service was second to none, always happy, smiling and fantastic hosts.

I don't even know where to start, I have so much to say! First of all, I want to say that it is our second home and family! The bartenders and waiters, the chefs who took care of my husband by cooking him everything he wanted, the engineers, the lifeguards, the cleaning guys, the security, the taxi drivers are amazing, hardworking, respectful, always smiling, cleanliness everywhere, everything shines! And last but not least, the guys at the reception, the photographer, everyone at the spa and all the Managers! We thank them with all our hearts and see you soon for the 7th time!

We stayed at Sheraton first week of 2026 and we’re more than satisfied with the experience. The entire staff are probably what stood out the most - all of them are so kind yet professional. We were pampered from day one and nothing felt like too much of a trouble. The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere overall although it’s far from boring as the entertainment team aren’t letting anyone be lazy (while not being obtrusive at the same time) and their energy makes the people join in for whatever activities happening. The bartenders were lovely as well, they always made sure our glasses were full and remembered the drinks of our preference. The hotel is good value for money so we will likely be back.

Great food and service at the portofino Italian restaurant. Came several nights for dinner. Manager Ahmed and Mahmood were friendly and attentive.

We’ve had a really pleasant stay here at Sheraton hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for us - all of them were so kind and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel and all its facilities was top notch, we could’t fault it. The location was great too, took us about 15min to get to the hotel from the airport, check in process and was really smooth too.. Room was very spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the sea. There are several pools, main pool has a swim up bar which we thought was a nice feature. There are also 3 bars on the beach due to how big it is. Entertainment team provided a good range of activities for different age groups, we really enjoyed the foam party as well as the other daily events. There is also an evening programme that is usually happening on the wooden stage by the lobby which was nice to watch. Sea entrance is from the jetty, coral reef is amazing - there’s really lots to see in the water and the lifeguards are always watching closely to make sure everyone is safe in the water. We recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a nice relaxing getaway.

The hotel is nice the staff are all kind everything here is good the animation team are good and fun with all the activities and the karaoke night I'm here with my wife and definitely we will be back here

The staff at Sheraton hotel deserve so much recognition as all of them are so incredibly welcoming and helpful! Thanks to the amazing level of service we didn’t have any issues all throughout our stay. We were given a room on the top (6th) floor as per our request, the views were fabulous, waking up early in the morning to watch the sunrise was so worth it.☀️ There was daily cleaning and all things in the room were replenished daily too, if we ever needed anything extra our cleaner was always there to bring it for us, all with a smile on his face. Our room was quiet, we couldn’t hear our neighbours much despite our room having a connecting door. Entertainment staff were lovely, they always had so much positive energy in them and never failed to share it with others. We attended dance classes on the beach as well as yoga classes that were at 4pm daily. At night they put on different kinds of shows and performances which were a nice way to finish the day. The bartenders at the lobby bar especially in the evening were very attentive and quick to serve the drinks despite the queue being quite long sometimes. They still got the Christmas decorations around the lobby area which creates a nice homely atmosphere. It’s not our first time in Egypt and comparing to other hotels Sheraton definitely stood out thanks to the fantastic service and hard work of every staff member. We already booked our next stay in April.

We had great time here at the Sheraton Hotel over Christmas 2025. All staff, including management, reception, housekeeping, bartenders, kitchen and waiters, were incredibly kind and friendly, always ready to help us with any of our needs. A special thanks goes to the entertainment team, who made our stay fun and memorable. The resort offers different types of activities during the day (such as yoga, stretching, Zumba) as well as shows during the evening which kept the atmosphere lively and enjoyable. The beach looks beautiful, the sea is reachable on foot, and the coral reef is astonishing and full of marine life. Overall, the experience was amazing, and we highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to spend their holidays here. We will definitely be back.
