Sheraton Sharm Hotel, Resort, Villas & Spa

The hotel honestly exceeded our expectations as we weren’t really sure what kind of holiday we were going to have since it’s our first time visiting Egypt. The staff were all attentive and welcoming, from front desk to housekeepers and bartenders. Our room was kept clean all throughout our stay with an addition of lovely towel art. Bathroom was equipped will all basic toiletries and if we needed something else the man who was in charge our room would bring it to us right away. The entertainment was great, we usually prefer to relax by the pool though we still joined in for some dancing and water aerobics. Entertainment staff always gave all the info about the activities and shows they had going on so we just had to follow. Our daughter loved Daniela who was in charge of kids entertainment. Thankfully we had our loungers waiting for us daily so we didn’t have to run to the pool first thing in the morning to save our spot all thanks to the pool staff. The snack bar was open throughout the day, so we never had to stay hungry (probably even gained a couple pounds..) The main restaurant provided a nice variety of dishes, there are 2 other restaurants where you can book to have your dinner (Italian & Lebanese), the service and food in both were fab so it’s worth trying out. Every day there were musicians at the restaurant which created a lovely ambiance. All the nightly entertainment was happening either at the stage or the outdoor terrace, was nice to watch. Overall our holiday was well spent and we would recommend this hotel for visiting.

My wife and I thought we'd like some winter sun so chose tis Hotel mainly because we have been to sharm before but this Hotel advertised a heated pool. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with respect and staff were very polite, as you would expect , check-in was easy and very quick. We had a fantastic room with a great view of the beach and sea, it was also very private. In the restaurant morning , noon, and evening meal all the staff were very busy but had time to say "hello and good morning, afternoon, evening, we had the same waiter get us a drink for our meals thank you Mahmoud Shihap you were brilliant and always smiling. the other waiter that were also very polite Mohamed Ramadan, Mouhab Rabie whilst we were out there we celebrated our wedding anniversary so a very big thank you to Omar Khalil for the beautiful cake you made for my wife and I. For every meal in the restaurant we were greeted by a lovely smile of a young lady Viola George, she along with all the waiters just made our holiday that little it more special. Our bedroom was kept well stocked of the usual bathroom stuff by Akram Tharwart who also made a beautiful Cake with a candle out of towels and decorated with petals and ballons , it was just another little extra that made it a special day for us. Meanwhile down on the Beach to guy giving out the towels always a lovely big smile, then whilst in th area we were in Ashraf Eid made sure we never went thirsty all day, so again Ashraf a very big thank you. The whole team of staff are really good and treat everyone so very politely and friendly, But I must'nt forget the lady who organised our special treats , Thank You Rana, you were also amazing.

Just came back from sheraton sharm hotel resort villas and spa. Fantastic winter holiday. Every room is sea view and you can see sunrise every morning from your balcony. All staff no matter what jobs were lovely animation team good, didn't bother you if you didn't want to do anything.

Amazing hotel loved the beach & snorkelling the corals, we went for my wife’s birthday so everyone went out of their way to make the occasion special Our cleaner Mohamed Ali was so hard working kept our room & floor spotless even making us a towel art birthday cake Beach bar staff Eman & Ashraf couldn’t do enough memorising our order and making sure we never went thirsty Reception bar Omar Mustafa again making sure we never had empty glasses Restaurant Abram & Viola George made sure the birthday celebrations were perfect in the Italian restaurant So many other staff to mention who all made our stunning week

Lovely hotel. We are still enjoying our holiday but would like to share our experience. The entire hotel is spotless and very well taken care of. The staff are all welcoming and each one of them want to make sure we’re happy with our stay here. Reception staff made sure we were taken into our rooms quickly which we appreciated a lot (we arrived late due to our flight being delayed for several hours). Our room is equipped with everything we could possibly need (shower gels, shampoos, soap bars…). Towels are replaced daily and whenever we come back to the room we find lovely towel figures which our children adore. The food has nice variety, there’s a nice outdoor area where you can sit and enjoy your food. The beach is very wide so everyone can have their privacy, there are plenty sun beds and umbrellas - all a good distance away from one another. Bartenders are friendly and keep the drinks flowing, they also quickly remembered the drinks we preferred. Entertainment team are walking around the beach inviting everyone daily to join their parties and activities, we saw a lot os people participating (including ourselves😁). Our children enjoyed doing arts and other activities at the kids club so we’d say there’s something for every age group. It has been a really lovely holiday so far, would recommend this hotel to others.

Restaurant is excellent. ...very attentive, cheerful and helpful staff. ...the best service . Many choices of food and drinks to suit all tastes....cannot fault the cleanliness .... abram zakria & mohamid Ramadan were so good and always smiling ! We have loved this hotel....the beach was perfect . ...breathtaking ! Our room was of a high standard....no complaints at all !

Came to the Sheraton Sharm Hotel for a 2 week holiday and first glances the hotel looks nice, the staff were nice and it was easy to get checked in with your cases with them being brought to the room for you. I think we may have come when the hotel wasn't quite finished because there was still a pool getting tiled up, holes in the ceilings, plastic over CCTV cameras and I can't even remember how many times the power cut off (including in the rooms) The shop that sells food, snacks and other basic essentials I would just avoid all together and go out to Naama Bay which is a 10 minute taxi drive as they make prices up even when it's labeled on the shelf We did use the taxi service from the hotel and the service and vehicles used were great and I would definitely recommend if price isn't an issue or you're in a large group, however the price was a bit excessive. We walked up the road as there's lots of taxis parked outside and we paid 300 Egyptian dollars each way to Naama Bay and the same rate to SOHO - they will obviously try and haggle a better price for themselves when first interacting but know what you want to pay and just be willing to walk away if they won't meet your price, the taxi driver gave us his phone number and it was an easy interaction of calling or messaging on what's app for them to pick you up The food in the restaurant was okay, I wish they had chips on offer each day but it wasn't the end of the world, we visited the Lebanese restaurant and that was really nice and the staff were excellent, we visited the Italian restaurant and that was a different story, the food was okay but the service was poor, took ages for the food to come out, we had to walk out and get our own drinks from the outside bar and it took forever to pay the bill while they stood around chatting. The main pool we used was the one with the swim up bar and that was heated and really nice, the bar staff were pleasant and did come around offering drinks every now and then I felt my holiday and any enjoyment from it went downhill on maybe day 3 because someone wrote a bad review about the lounge bar and I got aggressively approached by one of the lounge bar staff asking what I was complaining about, I did tell him he's got the wrong person and that the review was not me, but it did make it awkward every time I went to the lounge bar every time after that The feedback from the review probably was justified about this person because before this he did seem to have a strange vendetta against us anyway, he would walk past us and bang into us multiple times without saying sorry, ignore us to see if we wanted drinks and I don't know if the crisps he was handing out were free but every table got them except ours After he accused me of the review and me telling him it wasn't me he did apologise and his service definitely improved so I will give him credit for that, but it should never have been poor in the first place Theres a mix of exceptional staff and some who are lucky to be in a job who work here and I'd like to give a special mention to the following Reception staff - very pleasant and accommodating and helpful, definitely went above and beyond Restaurant staff - this had a mix of amazing staff and rude staff, some would always be smilling, welcoming, offering to get drinks and others would knock you out the way to see if food needed changing, the staff member who makes the eggs fresh is very pleasant and chatty The lady at the door when entering the restaurant is always pleasant and knowledging Pool bar staff -  Always friendly, chatty and offering drinks Towel station - the person on this station was an issue a couple of times, he would write the wrong amount of towels down or put them down on different room numbers and one day completely ignored me for atleast 3 minutes while he watched videos on his phone I waited that long I was able to take a photo that I've added Beach bars - the staff were excellent and attentive Lounge bar - except the one person working on here everybody has been fantastic, from breakfast right up to midnight Entertainment staff - special mention to the taller guy who does the aqua aerobics, he was always energetic, trying to get us to join in, trying to get us to watch the shows, do karaoke and all sorts he's exactly what you want from the entertainment staff Special mention to Omar Mostafa he was absolutely brilliant throughout the holiday

We loved our stay at Sheraton. This hotel is suitable for couples wanting a nice relaxing holiday away from the city noise. The beach was massive with an amazing reef, the diving/snorkeling options were great, local PADI center provides amazing instructors as well as all the gear and equipment. All rooms are overlooking the sea so no matter which room you book you’ll still get a mesmerising view from the balcony. We were getting up early every morning to be able to watch the sunrise and it was so worth it. Entertainment team created a fun atmosphere and offered a wide range of activities for both children and adults. Once a week there’s a beach foam party as well as huge pool inflatables for the kids several times a week. Food at the main restaurant was freshly prepared, we loved the amount of barbecue options. Waiters were quick to bring serve drinks and clean the tables. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff made us consider booking our stay here again. See you next year hopefully!

I had an amazing stay. Every staff member was friendly and professional ( specially to Mahmoud the waiter and Mohamed from housekeeping ). The location is amazing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

We’re having a lovely stay here at Sheraton hotel. The hotel and the rooms are spotless, staff can’t do enough for us and go out of their way at all times to ensure we’re enjoying our holiday to the max. The check in experience was great, front desk staff were helpful and informative - we were taken into our rooms within 15 minutes. Our room is on the ground floor which we originally requested since we wanted to have closer access to the beach. The room has a nice spacious balcony with chairs, beds are super comfortable as well. Bottled water and all other necessities like toiletries, tea/coffee amenities are replenished daily. The hotel is near the airport as well as most shopping/nightlife areas so if you get a taxi it’s very easy to get around. The hotel is rather quiet in general however there’s an entertainment team who are energetic and won’t let anyone stay bored on the beach. We already participated in dance and yoga classes, and we absolutely loved the fire show that happened on the terrace near the restaurant. For little ones there’s a kids zone with an outdoor playground area. The staff on the beach are attentive, we never have to rush to the beach early in the morning since our loungers and towels are already prepared waiting for us before we even come. Overall we’re having a great time here so far, already planning to come back bringing our whole family along.
