Lovely hotel. The staff are truly a gem of this place as everyone is so nice, friendly and always ready to help with anything. The hotel itself has a rather calm and relaxing atmosphere so it’s great for couples. The cleanliness is on a high level both inside the rooms and the grounds/outdoor facilities. We requested a room on the top floor and the views from the balcony were mesmerising to say the least. If you wake up early enough you’ll get to see the sunrise. Entertainment staff were all super friendly and created an amazing vibe all throughout the resort so special shoutout to them. We watched most of the shows they had and participated in daily events here and there. The food was alright, breakfasts were our favourite - lots of fresh fruits, veggies and pastries. There are also 2 themed restaurants where you can book to have your dinner, we did the Lebanese one and the food there actually tasted great. We spent a lovely holiday at this hotel, recommend.

We are still enjoying our stay at Sheraton hotel. The hotel and all its facilities are kept clean, you can tell they’re really looking after the place. Our room is large and fits everything we could possibly need, our houskeeper also brings us whatever extra things with nothing too much of a trouble. Most rooms are overlooking the sea so you wouldn’t miss out on the stunning views. Entertainment team are all friendly, we were invited to many activities at the beach during the day. The nightly performances were interesting to watch and for those who can sing there’s a karaoke bar, we spent most of our evenings there enjoying the good music. Bartenders at the lobby bar are chatty and do great drinks. We didn’t have to wait in the line since they would bring the drinks right to our table. Italian restaurant has amazing food options and the waiters are welcoming and pay great attention to detail. Beach is clean and sunbeds are a good distance away from one another so enough privacy for everyone. We’re happy with our stay here, would recommend.

Here at the moment so this is just a quick thank you to RAFIC OMAR. He looked after us in one of the themed restaurants. It was my partners birthday. He arranged balloons, banner, petals on the table and even a candle lit cake. Excellent service from RAFIC, he is a credit to the hotel, thanks.

One of the best hotel we ever stayed! All inclusive package really good and value for Money. Special mention to Mohammed abdrahim from starlight bar ( amazing cocktail ). fantastic service and always smiling! Thank you to Mohammed.A Elrous receptionist, so helpful and wonderful service. All staff are so helpful and polite, especially the bar staff (hic 🤪) lol. Our cleaner Elsayed kept our room spotless, which is very handy if you leave your wife or girlfriend at home (lads holiday ) lol lol.

We are just on the last day of a 7 night stay at Sheraton Sharm and have had a great time. The only slight negative are the grounds are a little outdated and some renovations would be good. This did not bother us though. The grounds are generally immaculate and everything is spotless which then takes us onto the team working here. The vast majority of the people working here are a credit to the Sheraton / Marriott brand. Nearly everyone is very friendly and work tirelessly to ensure you have great and relaxing time. Special shout out to Mohammed (who works on the left beach bar as you look out of the property). Mohammed is a really warm guy who is great fun and works non-stop to ensure everyone is hydrated and happy on his section of the beach 🙂 Hamed M who kept our room tidy and clean and provided great artwork with the towels. Lastly, the food and drink is very good for 4* / 5* Egypt standards. Our particular favourite were the breakfast pastries. Highly recommended stay ❤️

Sheraton has left a nice impression, we had stayed for 9 days and all aspects about the hotel were great. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the airport and is also close to Naama Bay which has lots of shops and other things to do. Our room had really comfortable beds, we easily fit a third extra one while still having lots of space left. The cleaner in charge of our room took care of all our requests and was a very nice person in general. The rest of the staff deserve recognition as well as most if not all of them were extremely attentive and genuinely cared about us having a good experience at the hotel. Entertainment staff always stopped for a chat and did their best to make people participate in the activities happening throughout the day. Karaoke place (works daily from 10pm) was a whole vibe and a nice way to finish the day. Reef was fabulous, despite the huge waves on some says we were still able to enjoy the underwater world and see all of the fishes sea creatures, it was probably one of the highlights of our stay. All in all our experience with this hotel was positive, we wouldn’t mind to return here again someday.

Great Hotel, Beach front plenty of space to spread out by the pools or on the Beach, All inclusive Food is Good, Staff very friendly especially the room attendants, Elsayed was fantastic and couldn't do enough for us, Top man!

We had an amazing, relaxing time here at The Sheraton Sharm. The hotel is extremely clean and beautiful. The staff are honestly the best i've ever seen in a hotel. The rooms have spectacular Seaview's,the rooms are so spacious, beds are really comfortable. The bathroom is a really good size too with a good hairdryer and toiletries ( shower gel,shampoo and conditioner). The room was always extremely clean,fresh bottles of water left everyday. The beach is lovely and so peaceful with the most amazing beautiful fish swimming right close to beach. The barman are welcoming like all the staff. They were always checking all ok and if you require a drink. We found the food ok ,we always found things to eat,every night on the terrace there was a BQ,Pasta Station and french fries. In mornings they cooked fresh omelette or scrambled or fried eggs. We were a little worried about coming after reading some of a couple of negative reviews but honestly I couldn't see what the negative things were as everything for us was amazing. We will definitely be returning and have recommended the hotel to friends and family.
