I spent $170 because it said that there was a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi and then when I get there the jacuzzi was broken and the pool was full people I would not get out and let us get in I was denied being able to get a refund even though there's a whole reason I booked this hotel is because of the two things I mentioned the pool and jacuzzi the only reason I spent that much money I could have gotten a different room for 50 bucks three blocks down

The front desk ladies were really nice and helpful. We arrived a little early and they went ahead and let us check into 1 of the 3 rooms and as soon as the others were available, they let us know. Thank you for the great service, we will be staying there again when we come to Springfield.

I’m always looking for reviews so here is the best one!So happy the hot tub worked with strong jets. Happy there was a vent in the bathroom. Breakfast was great! (And I’m a picky eater haha) Receptionist is nice and smiley. Many lights in the room to choose from.

Location

The sheets & blankets had dog hair and when I asked for new bedding they just gave me a few new sheets and the mattress was very stained up and no working phone

It was very clean and comfortable

The bathroom was the pits. The stool was loose from the floor. There was no safety bars at all.
