"Very clean hotel with excellent customer service."

Very clean. Very nice pool and hot tub area. All the staff were courteous and friendly. I had to extend my stay twice, and Shannon at the front desk was extremely helpful. She provided excellent customer service with a great sense of humor. Would definitely stay there again when in Springfield.

Close to Route 66. Room was clean. Staff very friendly. Price was good. Good linens and towels. Slept good after bar was close.

Weird building. Old and run down. Cold floor. Need shoes on inside. Noisy after the bar was closed. People yelling and dogs barking, before they went to bed.
