Sheraton Niagara Falls

Close to everything i wanted to explore, clean room!

Very good...very close to Niagara Falls, but the prices should include breakfast for each guest. Breakfast is not included unless you pay extra. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are quite clean.

The carpets need an update...

We were glad we picked the Sheraton - it was about 1 mile from the Rainbow bridge and had all the amenities. Also from what we read, 'the largest indoor pool'. Everything was perfect expensive but perfect

Rooms were really clean and well kept recently renovated. Starbucks and other restaurants in the lobby.

The service at the reception desk. They were not nice and not hospitable.

Great staff. Tour setup quick and easy. Most things within walking distance. Clean and comfortable.

This hotel is undergoing a beautiful renovation. We were on Floor 2. Had to laugh because when the doors opened up from the elevator, it was like a horror film with plastic covering the carpet as far as you could see both ways. Since my friend was into that, it was hysterical. Our room was off the plastic, just where it ended. It was beautifully renovated. We decided to stay since it was BRand New. We were concerned about construction noise but heard absolutely nothing. They had plenty to do all the way at the other end of the floor. The room could not have been cleaner. The pool area was in the process of being renovated. The pool was very clean and one of two hot tubs was working. Perfect temp and strong jets. Big enough to fit 10 people but it was just us! yeah! All the staff were lovely. The only little complaints. The Starbucks closed at 3, I think. I wasn't able to get my birthday drink after our tour because they were closed already. Also, there is an 'underground walkway to the casino but it is not exactly underground. It goes under the road then exits into an open air parking lot, which is a little covered. Then you have to walk into the elements and up stairs(not handicapped accessible), outside. It kinda smelled musty. We chose to just walk across a two lane road, that was not busy, and walking back there is a STUNNING view of the Canadian side and the Skylon Tower lit up!
