Hello, Providing guests with rooms on a floor under renovation created a very poor impression and was quite inappropriate. As I have allergies, my room was changed; however, this process took a long time due to the limited number of staff at the reception. Additionally, the absence of breakfast does not reflect the quality expected from your hotel.

Loved the location! The staff members were kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was great - spacious, functional, and clean. Wish we had a microwave though! Atmosphere was great too - loved the restaurants and starbucks being on site. The pool and hot tubs were so fun! Loved the fish and aquariums too.
