No thing Even the fridge doesn't work

They charge me twice for my stay I'm still contact them to get my refund

Staff members were very friendly. Location was in a good location to walk down to American falls.

Worse place ever! The bathroom had a sliding glass door with no privacy, and would not stay closed. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable that we woke up sore and achy. The heat / ac unit did not work on automatic, and to top it off, from 4-5 pm they were using a hammer drill in concrete under us and you could not talk over it! The hotel offered nothing except foam pillows. Parking was expensive compared to other places. We left and went elsewhere.

Overall, our experience was good. The biggest issue was the last morning, the air conditioner was making an awful noise that sounded like a thunderstorm or a jet ripping through our room. It woke our four year old daughter and us up, and scared us all. I did send a message and was told I’d be compensated some, so I do hope that goes through.

The hotel was remodeling rooms. I think we had one of the redone ones. Bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. Bathroom door would not stay shut. There is no latch or lock. Quite a bit of noise both from the street and from other guests within. Though I thought so at the time of booking, there was no continental breakfast included. I felt it was somewhat over priced for what we got.
