Rosa the host was excellent. Very accommodating to our requests and she gave us lots of suggestions and helpful tips about area.

Many stairs up to appointment so no good for elderly. The payoff for climbing the stairs was the amazing view.

The location is very convenient to the riverfront area of Porto. The facilities were much larger than we expected, very comfortable, and provide a comfortable, spacious living room. Views from the front windows are wonderful, day or night.

The access staircase is exceptionally steep. The property description should make clear that it is totally inappropriate for anyone with a disability and can be extremely difficult for the elderly. We --- both 75+ --- were able to negotiate the stairs, but only with great care and because the owner provided a younger, more nimble person to handle our luggage.
