"Charleston stay"

We enjoyed our stay at the courtyard Marriott in downtown Charleston. Our room was ready and clean upon arrival. Ari B. Gave us excellent curbside valet service. Breakfast at the restaurant in the courtyard Marriott was tasty and served quickly!

"Exceptional"

The staff was really welcoming and helpful. Valet, Ari B made a special impression on us, remembering our names and he gifted a special keychain to my son after he commented on it. The room was great, and the hotel was perfectly situated to walk everywhere in town.

"Exceptional"

The only downside, and it was no fault of the hotel, is that someone had left the clock radio alarm set in the next room and even though no one was in the room, it went off at 6AM. I heard it and it woke me up. The hotel staff immediately came up and got it turned off. No harm, no foul.

"Excellent Staff"

The rooms stay cool and clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. One of the check-in staff suggested I visit Lewis BBQ, which is a very popular establishment (the food was scrumptious). The valet Ari even assisted me when I lost my phone in an Uber! It was an excellent stay for me.

"Friendly Staff"

Very friendly Staffโ€ฆ started with Tristan at the Valet and continued from there. Iโ€™d definitely stay again. He was friendly and asked questions that made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The room was clean and smelled good as well. Exactly what I would expect from a Courtyard.

"Very helpful valet, amazing service"

I enjoyed my stay, but the valets this morning were absolute lifesavers. My car had a slow leak and they let me know that my tire had gone completely flat over night. Ari tried to pump it up, so he suggested putting on the spare, and offered to put it on for me, only took him 10 minutes and he seemed happy to do it.!! Thank you Ary and Jamal, for going the extra mile and beyond to save me from a huge headache.
