The staff was extremely accommodating, most especially Tristan Butler! This guy went above and beyond to help even at times that would have been after his paid shift. I would definitely recommend this hotel and thank you to Tristan for making our stay extra special!

"Comfy beds and easy to downtown!"

We enjoyed our stay, with a very easy check-in. Unfortunately, the room we received had been recently smoked in. As non-smokers, this is offensive. The young man at the desk was very understanding and relocated us right away. The next room was perfect and the beds extremely comfortable. Easy walk to downtown too!

"Great Service"

Valet & front desk were amazing! Attentive to our comings and goings and if we parked the car and needed it within the hour they had it ready and waiting for us. Front desk was so pleasant and helpful. Really appreciate all the great care on our 5 night stay.

"Charleston first time"

The concierge Tristan was very helpful and helping us decide where to go to eat and telling us different ways we can get there. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The accommodations were great. The bed was comfortable. The pool was very nice.. we would highly recommend it!

"Donโ€™t go for the EV charging"

Donโ€™t go for the EV charging itโ€™s a level 1 charger so with my car, a Rivian, I only got 7% of charge in 16hrs And they charge u for it, $40 for valet and $10 for charging

Iโ€™ve been staying at the Courtyard Marriott in Charleston for years, and it never disappoints. The location is absolutely perfect โ€” right in the heart of the city where you can walk to just about everything: historic sites, amazing restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every stay feel like coming home. Whether itโ€™s your first visit to Charleston or your tenth, this hotel puts you right in the center of everything worth seeing. I canโ€™t recommend it enough for comfort, convenience, and Southern hospitality at its finest.

"All in all, a great stay!"

We really enjoyed our stay here! Fabulous customer service. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, especially Tiffany, who gave us a detailed list of her personal recommendations in the area (which were 10/10!). The room was very spacious and comfortable. Great location, walking distance from most things! Would definitely stay here again.
