This is a beautiful property! And the towns in the area are so fabulous we never even enjoyed the amenities offered at the property! We did, however thoroughly enjoy this awesome villa. Sitting on the porch with our morning coffee listening to the river and watching the wildlife was so peaceful! Will definitely return to visit here!!

Beautiful and sparkling clean. No working WiFi, beds were horrible, and even though there were many things to do on the property, it was a confusing mess to actually get there.

The good: Good security, beautiful place, good cleanliness, excellent food, cheap accommodation. The bad: The wifi never worked, and I called, and they never answered, old televisions that do not have the option to watch Netflix, Hulu, etc., the hot water for bathing is not enough for everyone, the key did not work and it took more than an hour to solve the problem, to arrive at the cabin for the first time is very complicated.

I really wanted to live this place....but the communication was non-existent. I called several times and no one answered. We had no instructions on how to get in the main gate...or that there would be a gate at all. So, we sat there late at night trying to get help. I was charged an additional $50 upon arrival for an undisclosed “cleaning fee!?” Maps to the villas were terrible and in the dark, very difficult to navigate...an address would have been helpful. The villa smelled old and musty, saw cockroaches and the hot tub in the villa was “closed due to covid” ... also not disclosed prior to booking. This place has tons of potential but it’s being run pretty poorly.

Perfect place for a quiet getaway or close enough to downtown Ellijay to go out. Blue Ridge is a quick drive. Plenty of space in the villas. Big balcony. We like to stay on the river.

I loved that we got our own villa and that all of the villas were well spaced out. I also liked how they give you information abiut everything near it, like things to do and what to eat. The things I didnt like were very minor:. For example, it is very dark and the roads are very curvy. So night time drives ate a tad scary. There also were not clear instructions for the fireplace and the upstairs floor creaks a lot, so if you sleep downstairs, it is loud. However, the wifi is strong, the villas are gorgeous and qhen youre able to get a hold of someone atthe desk, they are super nice and really helpful.

Beautiful location, I don't think the pictures do it justice! The villa had everything we needed, however, it was quite dusty and I found a smashed, dead cockroach next to the bed in main bedroom. We did find two more (live) cockroaches in the villa, but, due to the villa being in nature, it wasn't something that I was too concerned about. The mattress in the main bedroom probably needs to be changed, it was sagging in the middle. The internet was super spotty which they did warn me about at check-in. The highlights though are that they've picked a beautiful spot for the villas. As I mentioned, they also cater for most needs including a washer and drier. I would go back there again but this time in the summer time.

We started off on the wrong foot. We had requested a place with wood burn fireplace and got a condo with gas. So for our 33rd anniversary this changed our personal plans. The gas fireplace is ambiance ONLY. MY huaband elected to keep the condo with waterview. The showers are very difficult to maneuver from hot to cold or back. Minimal blankets in place but we brought some. Overall the place was nice. Michelle tried to make us happy and we can only say good about her. Prior users were smokers but we opened up and aired out. This was our family's 2nd stay since October. I cannot say that we wont be back. The property is beautiful.
