Blankets with no cover, very noisy fan in bathroom, alight smell in the room

La ubicación del alojamiento es perfecta, en el centro pero sin ruido.

La limpieza del alojamiento. De 3 días que teníamos desayuno, únicamente nos lo proporcionaron un día. Las instalaciones dejan bastante que desear, bastante sucio.

Need a hot water, I stayed at room 5 where the toilet bowl is not screwed properly so the sewage smells leaking into the room

Room 10 is disgusting.🤮🤮

Do not come, not good for your health. Please don't come this hotel, it's not good for your health. The bathroom is completely covered by mold. Sink and toilet is broken, water won't go through pipe will flow out to the floor 🤮, bed is dirty. I have skin rash, AC fall mold particles make you coughing🤮. No proper reception desk. No window. The toilet and bathroom have very strong biogas and garbage dumps smell. 🤮🤮Hot water was hot for a minute or two. It's ganna damage your body. Do not come here. (Aurora house room 10)

Almost no water in the shower

-The location is good, you are in center of Ubud - the hotel facility/area looked nice - Staff was really kind and helpful.. and saved this review

- Booked for 14 days , found out I have to pay extra 40€ just to have a room that has window, old bathroom and no wardrobe to put my clothes.. when I complained the room is very different i was told " the photos of rooms are random" well great .. - no proper sealing of doors no nets on windows, prepare to get mosquitos insects and hear everything that is going on outside all day - there was no reception and the poor staff that does all the hard work leaves around 5PM.. so it was very often that guests were looking for someone , calling "hello" at late hours when they wanted to check in - I had bad luck with heavy rainy weather during first week and it was so humid inside that some of my clothes got mold on it but luckily stuff helped me with laundry - very uncomfortable toilet (see picture) - no daylight curtains.. so either you have no privacy or no light
