"Love Embassy Suites, but will look for another option to stay during our next trip."

Breakfast met our needs

We couldn’t get our room temperature below 71 degrees. Breakfast ended at 0900 sharp. The workers closed everything. They could have left coffee available longer.

Great personable staff

I cold day before I arrived to verify that construction on Hotel would not affect the pool of breakfast.. i was told they would not be affected, but the hot tub was broken. When I arrived the next day the pool had a closed sign on it. I was looking forward to th a t and it was not available.

"Mediocre at best"

The breakfast was very good

Staff could care less clients were happy or not. They charge for the shuttle from the airport. Happy hour was very mediocre Chairs were torn and worn everywhere. Not a good look, and very uncomfortable. Used towels were on the floor when we arrived in our room
