Da am 17.08. in Indonesien ein nationaler Feiertag ist und ich an diesem Tag nach Nusa Penida reisen wollte, habe ich mich entschieden, ein Hotel in Hafennähe zu buchen. Gesagt, getan – Buchung abgeschlossen und direkt losgefahren. Nach zwei Stunden Autofahrt bin ich schließlich angekommen. Vor Ort dann die Überraschung: Man teilte mir mit, dass angeblich doch keine Zimmer mehr frei seien und ich mir bitte etwas anderes suchen solle. Auf meine Nachfrage, wie es sein kann, dass ich über Booking trotzdem buchen konnte, wurde ich unhöflich gebeten zu gehen. Besonders kurios: Selbst nach meiner Abweisung konnte man online weiterhin Zimmer buchen, obwohl vor Ort angeblich alles belegt war. Am Ende blieb mir nichts anderes übrig, als mir gegen 18:30 Uhr ein anderes Hotel zu suchen – deutlich teurer als die ursprüngliche Buchung. Kurz gesagt: ein teurer und unnötig stressiger Ausflug wegen diesem fragwürdigen Hotel. Mein Tipp: Am besten die Finger von dieser Unterkunft

It was in a good location.

When we arrived we booked a room with a double bed yet were told there were only single beds available. We arrived at 7pm & asked if we could leave our bags in the property as we were checking out the following day, we were told we’d be charged for this (which is unheard of in SE Asia). We got taken to the room & the light didn’t work. It was ok for one night but the hosts were quite rude, not accommodating & very bad value for money

Good location, hot water, staff were good, didn't realise it was cash only when I got there, so didn't have enough on me and late in the afternoon so let me pay the next day, you should high that fact for people in the future.
